Bestway Filter Pump for Above Ground Pool, 1,500 gal Swimming Pool Filter Pump

Best purchase for the pool, wished I had bought sooner, easy to setup and use, the filter is easy to clean out after a couple of days i have noticed alot of grime and bits that would have been in the pool if not for this. Updated after being on all week, it is still an excellent purchase, you can 'burp' the machine to get the airflow going quicker, I find that if you turn the filter off put the stoppers back into the pool, clean the filter and turn back on, using the little turn dial on top of the machine to burp it for 30 seconds works a treat, it says to do this in the instruction manual, you still have to use a net to get bits out but this does help with the cleaning as it's moving the water around not standing/stagnant water. I find that as well as a float for my chlorine dispenser I break one in half and stick it in to where the water flows back in from the filter so it constantly pump chlorinated water back into the pool. Definitely would recommend

I was traumatised after buying a 1000 GPH pump that burned out the moment I plugged it in. Thankfully, this one completely exceeded my expectations! It works perfectly, is very quiet, and has more than enough power to run our waterfall. I’m absolutely delighted with this purchase and would highly recommend it!

Pool arrived with small hole but sealed with the patches supplied, install of the pump was easy enough and worked fine for the first three or four days, the filter needed cleaning as recommended after the first few days after setting up the new pool, the seal fell out and after putting it back would not seal the pump properly leading to losing around 2000 litres of water. I would not recommend this product, I tried claiming on my warranty a week after purchasing this pump so well within my warrant period, it has been just over a month now and still no contact by Bestway customer service, call centre is of no help as they refer you to the website which in turn sends you back to the call centre. Emailing is also of no use. Avoid, waste of money and time..frustrating to deal with and due to warranty claims through Bestway and not Amazon no refund sadly

It works, seems to be sucking in air from somewhere which is causing a little problem for a water pump. As this happens the pump starts to struggle,

Easy to install, worth every pound, good flow, in the first 48g I had to clean the filter 3 times, visibly cleaner water in my pool

Great water flow. Quiet as a mouse. Quick bleed at set up and its perfect.

Very basic and little power. Small filter was clogged within an hour with very little debris on it. Rinsed it off and put it back in. I was hoping for it to be something I could leave on over night to do it's business but not with this small filter

Gute, leise Pumpe. Macht was sie soll und lässt sich einfach montieren. Abzug aufgrund der schlechten Beschreibung: erst durch mehrere Unterpunkte sieht man, dass der Stecker für UK ist und somit nicht in einen normalen EU Stecker passt. Positiv war die kulante Lösung durch Amazon. Das ist immer Top. :) also Augen auf beim Kauf: hier benötigt man definitiv einen Adapter zur Nutzung

Zwar ein gutes Gerät aber nicht für den deutschen Markt gedacht, da mit „englischen“ Stecker geliefert. Ich konnte auch bei der Producktbeschreibung nichts zum Stecker finden können. Deshalb nur 4 Sterne. Ansonsten ein gutes Gerät.
