Beginner friendly ground over and grows like gangbuster!
Grows almost by itself - I don't have much luck with yard planting, but it's just scatter and gently water every day for a few days to keep the seeds damp, and this stuff is growing really well. It's like lawn cover for dummies. I've purchased the seeds a few times - the growth is super soft under the feet to, very pleasant to walk on and look at out the window. These seeds work where a lot of other, more expensive plantings did not. And it's drought resistant (tolerant? one of those), which is what caused the grass to burn in the first place this past summer. I've scattered them in sunny spots and in partial/mostly shade. They grow well in both, with the shaded areas taking a little longer to sprout and reach full open clovers. I recommend. They're very beginner-friendly - more so than other seeds I've ever planted. Truly.

Fast & Healthy Growth!
These seeds are great! I planted them on a Thursday evening. By Saturday I could see sprouts. These pictures are form Tuesday, so less than 5 days. My dogs have run over them & they keep growing. I literally just sprinkled the seeds & watered them daily. I will be ordering another pack. Highly recommend!

Perfect lawn alternative for reduced mowing
We had an area in our fenced garden that wasn’t growing well and was a pain to mow. I thatched it to get rid of dead grass and seeded it well. It’s grown beautifully in our wet autumn, and I will expand the clovered areas in the spring. We are very pleased with the look of the clover and hope to have some flowering next year.

“Miniature”, not “micro” clover.
Advertised as “Microclover”, but then what you get is labeled “miniature clover”, specifically, Trifolium repens var. Alberace. I do not doubt that this is probably excellent miniclover, but it should be so advertised.

Expensive but works well
Initially I ordered a 1lb bag, that’s what the photos show a before and after for. The photos are taken about a month apart, with watering daily for about 20-30 minutes. The third photo shows clover height after about a month in a well watered area. My verdict in that time is that I’m happy with the clover height and general quality but for the space it definitely needs another round, so it is expensive to do larger areas. The ground was very dry and sparse prior to seeding so it has had a bit of an uphill battle to seed. What we noticed with our watering frequency is that areas receiving more water have grown much better, and areas with less haven’t grown all that well. With that, I’d recommend others to water perhaps twice a day and ensure all areas are well watered during the early germination period - we intend to water more frequently on a second round.

Good
Took a while to pop up but with no watering or maintenance it comes back year after year, it lasts into winter as well.

They need a lot of water to sprout but they do have a high germination rate!
I have these cobble stones all over my back yard and wanted clovers growing in between them. These have sprouted great! For a few weeks I thought they didn’t because half of them sprouted and half of them didn’t. I could see the seeds but none of them were sprouting. Then we had a huge rainstorm and it flooded my backyard and they all shot up! So I guess I wasn’t watering enough. They need a LOT to get started, not so much once they’ve sprouted. It’s looking very cute!

Low sprouting rate
Even with regular watering, only about 25% sprouted. I like how it looks so I’m going to reseed vigorously next spring.
