Defective unit
I received this product and unfortunately it was a defective unit because it kept on powering up showing up on the television screen and then powering down and it did that rapidly so I had to send it back

Works well but the remote feels cheap and you really have to press the buttons. Takes awhile to power on has a loading screen and it navigates kind of slow but it works it serves its purposes. Also if you use he remote voice control it is crap on this.

Incomplete product delivered
i following on the review for this item it works great i had an issue that i have ordered and the device was missing and i report it and i got deliver a new one next day fast response great work and it did come complete the images are from when i ordered at first it was missing the device but they did replace it very fast great service, one thing i will like to see on this devices if they can come with the latest webview installed, but other than that is great device, the remote is not that great but it work good, so i recommend it work good, it plays videos good i wish it will come with latest android updates, it comes with android 10 I got an uncompleted box is empty is missing the main device, don't you check the boxes before sending it, ones I get my full replacement I will change my review is missing the main thing I just got the control. I don't need just a control I paid for the whole thing. Bad experience

Waste of money
Do it work? Yes, but would I buy it again? NO!! With Amazon playing around with third party apps on the Fire stick, I thought this would be a great replacement. But I was wrong, this android version is extremely slow. Google and Amazon must have some type of alliance because the Chrome browser does not work on this product. But they do offer you a browser that you can buy.
