OK, in all honesty, I wasn't expecting much. I did spend time looking for a smaller bag, as others just looked to bulky, and this one looked the right size. (I bought the small one) So, for just over £16 I thought I'd give it a punt. Well.... this bag is brilliant. Really well made, comfortable fit, spacious pockets, stylish. The best buy in ages! I only opened the bag 20 minutes ago and I have just ordered another for my wife. And there is a lovely note from the manufacturers saying for whatever reason, if there is a fault in 3 years, just tell them and they will replace. If I could I would give this 6 stars out of 5. Well done, you have a fabulous product and work ethic. Thank you

This is a very handy bag to keep your possessions safe and close at hand. I bought this for my Husband to use on our recent cruise, he used it in Rome and Barcelona where we were warned about pickpockets in busy areas. He could get his sunglasses, small wallet and a couple of other bits in with ease. The strap can be adjusted to a good length to make it fit perfectly around the body.

Bigger than we thought. Bought it for an event where bag size was restricted, there was plenty of room for phone, charger and wallet. Bag only fits over shoulder one way round, without risk of things falling out when you open the zip, took us a while to get it right.

The bag is nice. The customer service is dire! Paid for a large. Sent a small. Unhelpful customer service. No apology. Sent USA links. Blah blah blah.

I can't praise this bag highly enough. I looked at others and their reviews before choosing it and I'm so glad I did. It is perfectly made and good quality, in fact I don't know how it's sold at such a good price. It has three zipped compartments with metal zips and the biggest one where you would put your phone has a divider so maybe that's four compartments. The strap has a metal buckle and is easily adjusted for length and it has a flat loop to tuck the end of the strap into once you have it adjusted. Inside is a little note from the people who made it saying if it has any quality problem within three years they will replace it and wishing me a happy life. How nice! Don't waste your time and money on other bags this is the one worth buying.

the front zip doesn't close all the way. the slider opens by itself & leaves a gap. my small concern is it may deteriorate with use and the function of the RFID pouch might be compromised/ rain might get inside. i asked if i could exchange it for a better constructed one but seller just responded with a 'return for refund' response. 1 star because of the zip problem & also because the seller ignored my exchange suggestion. i hoped i could send it back and get a better constructed one but i got the feeling they sell so many that they don't want any hassle with that, that it's just easier for them to get it back and refund you or else the fulfillment by amazon process complicates that. these are mass produced so of course there'll be minor defects.. but minor defects can get worse within a short time... if the zip tape was sewn properly or if there were zip stops at the end then this would get a higher rating from me.
