I love this blend! It is difficult to find a blend without sumac, which is too sour for my taste. It's a treat to open the jar and smell the aroma. I use it to make flatbreads.

It’s a Middle East spice kind of savory goes well when sprinkled over pizza,toast,hummus and salads. Great on top of pita with a drizzle of olive oil. It’s a Hyssop aromatic blend including chickpeas,coriander,za’atar(hyssop)parsley,salt and sour salt. And that’s basically it! I like it!!

The item arrived without an outside seal or individual packaging. It was in a box with other items. A bit dusty. Inside the cover was sealed however. I love the product. Sprinkle it on everything-- popcorn, eggs, soup, etc.
