You will pee yellow but so worth it.!!!!
They will make your urine look yellow but they will give you a boost when you take them. I had a blood workup and was low in vitamin B my doctor suggested a vitamin B complex so I tried this brand and feel like I'm in my 30s again and I'm 67 for 21 more days. I’m not interested in flavor.
I need a B-complex because my hair falls out. These seemed to help with the hair follicle and the general health of my hair and nails. It has not helped it fill in to be like it was in my youth. It is simply a little better.
