what is the minimum flow required to opperate the flow switch

As long as the header tank is higher than the tap or shower head it will work, doesn't require any pressure just flow

Can i use for hot water tap only

Hi Mate,That's a pretty vague question to be fair. Does the water tap come off a cylinder or off a combination boiler direct. Although on thinking about it I don't see a problem either way, but could present a problem if it pumps out the full tank as speed could be greater that the fill rate.Regards,Neil
