The product works and is a very good thermal protectant but it almost $20. I’m presuming the cost is associated with having some keratin in it. Next time I’ll try the other thermal protectant thermal protectant I intended to purchase. I ordered this one by mistake. The scent is pleasant and not overpowering. The hair product gives a smooth silk press/flat ironed look with a nice sheen to it. I worked out 5 days this week and the style lasted without me putting additional heat on it. I didn’t. I didn’t spray it on wet hair. I used it once my hair was blow dried because I don’t want to wait four weeks or four washes for my hair pattern to revert to it’s wavy pattern. It’s winter so no more washing goes slip presses. It will be and this thermal protectant or OPP will be the thermal protection of my choice. Update: this is an update to my previous review above. I discovered because I used the product on my dry hair before flat ironing, my curl pattern came back immediately once my hair was wet/washed. I did not use it on my wet hair because I wanted my hair to rub back immediately once I washed it. The silk press that I did on my hair lasted for two weeks my hair immediately revert it back once I washed it great product.

I LOVE this stuff!!! It’s a nice, light spray that makes my dry hair feel soooooo soft. I use it prior to straightening my hair with my hot iron or curing iron. You don’t need much & it doesn’t live any residue. The only thing I don’t like about it is it has this weird smell, it’s not a nice smell but once it’s in your hair it doesn’t make your hair smell like it. The fact that I love how soft & tangle free it makes my hair I can overcome the unpleasant odor to it.

I bought this product after buying a wonderful iron that is simple to use and allowed my very long, curly 3C hair go from curly to wavy without having to blow out first. I kept my hair protected and also helped the looser curl stay loose for a few days.

Seems to do Its job. I've straightened my hair twice this month and my hair is still think and full. It has a really nice smell. Promotes healthy hair

It does make flat ironing my hair much easier. I noticed that it’s best to spray a little on a small section and after a beat take the iron to that section instead of spraying all over and then going back—made my hair super smooth and soft when straight and my curls bounce back when washing. I use the whole line and have been happy

I use this to help break my gel cast! It always does a great job and smells very nice.

Saw the amazing reviews and videos about this product and decided to try it out. I tested it out on one section during a silk press before blow drying on my hair and the first thing I noticed was the smell. It smelled like nasal spray you get prescribed. I didn't see any difference and will stick to the same heat protectant I've always been using.

This product made a huge difference in how my hair responded to humidity. Its left my hair smooth, it has a pleasant fragrance, and leaves a healthy shine on the hair.
