I'm currently half marathon training with my partner for October and we can't stand those gel packs, half way through a long run, and they've got all warm and disgusting in your pocket, however these gummies are a game changer!! We've been taking them on our long runs on Sundays and they're great! They give you the little boost that you need, they've got the caffeine and vitamins I need to top up with, they're easy to store and digest, plus they taste sssoo much better than gels! I’ve been using these little bites for a while now to give me a boost during exercise. I’m not a coffee drinker, and I’ve reached an age where consuming too much liquid before a workout isn’t the best idea! There’s not a flavour I haven’t liked—though some mask the slight bitterness of the caffeine better than others, they all taste good. These ones are probably my favourite so far: a lovely tropical citrus flavour that actually feels energising. I can’t wait to see what flavour comes out next!

These had a delayed effect on me but onc they kicked in I was up for hours past my bedtime. A nice tangy flavour as well.

At first I couldn’t stand the taste, but then the product was so effective that I don’t care that much anymore! I just make sure to have a drink nearby when I take them. I’d like to try more flavours and see if any hide the taste of the vitamins better than the orange does, but honestly these are a god send. I have a chronic illness that can come with a lot of fatigue, and having these next to my bed has been a huge help in the mornings. I’m glad there’s things like this available in the UK now, when I first moved here several years ago, I had to say goodbye to the similar b12 & caffeine gummies I relied on in the US. Going to look into ordering directly from the company moving forward.

I've bought several flavours to try. All of them were really great taste! The energy doesn't seem to rush in and disappear like a strong coffee or energy drink. I've had a couple of getting up 5am for work then a few more about 1pm when I need a little pick me up. And I can have them in my bag just ready to go, no stopping for a brew or drinking a warm can of pop anymore. I think my only request is they realise a strong one (super sour flavour??) for that 12th hour of shifts or even a pre-work out version

These taste absolutely disgusting, like gnawing on pure chemicals. If it want for the taste they'd be quite good, I could definitely feel the bump in productivity after having one, however the taste puts me off wanting to have any more.
