If you’re considering ordering it from their Instagram handle or website, please don’t fall for this trap. Bitrontix is a fraudulent company. They send defective products and refuse to accept return or exchange requests. They have scammed many people this way. On their website and Instagram, they only keep positive comments and delete genuine negative reviews. They don’t address customer issues, leaving you no choice but to forget about your money.I hope this review doesn't get deleted.

I bought this product after watching the ad done by my friend. Only 20 days the vibration works. I tried to contact the company and talked about replacement but no use. If someone is buying this make sure there is guarantee for at least one month.

Stopped working after a week.waste of money and not returnable also...such a scam..dont fall for it...highly pathetic..product is good ..whats the point if it stops working after 3 uses

I found the product to be made of flimsy plastic. I am thinking of returning the product as I feel it’s a fake.

This face tightening tool is super easy to use and has 3 different types of attachable sculptors , I love the neck massager the most. Comes with battery . Efficient and worth all the money! The face serum is also good , no irritation or any other issues , have been using it for a month now. Awesome stuff!!!!

What a waste!! It stopped working after using it twice. I thought it could be because of yet battery so I changed the battery but it still didn't work. Waste product!!

As of now it's not mobile charger or inbuilt operated product. Once it consists that feature I will surely buy it.
