This has worked really well for my needs, but it’s important to go into it with the right expectations. At the end of the day, this is a soft, flexible storage bag—similar in feel to a good quality insulated or soft cooler-style bag. It does have a lock, and it works fine for what it is, but this is not meant to replace a hard safe or provide serious theft protection. It will help keep kids and casual or nosy access out, but it is not designed to stop someone determined to break into it. For me, that wasn’t the goal. What I wanted was a way to keep important items organized, protected and in one place, and for that it works very well. One of the best features is the interior. The divided sections and pockets make it easy to organize documents, keys and other important items so everything has a place and is easy to find when you need it. I’ve also found the flexibility to be a benefit. Because it’s collapsible, you can tuck it away or hide it more easily if needed, which can be its own form of security in certain situations. I used this on a family trip and it worked great. I kept all of our travel documents, passports, keys and other important items together—things people didn’t want to lose but also didn’t want to carry around. It stayed in our hotel room while we were out, and when it was time to head to the airport, everything was exactly where we needed it. I could also see this being useful for something like a cruise cabin setup. The zipper works well and overall it feels nicely made for the price. This document organizer is exactly what I was looking for to keep my important papers safe. This is very sturdy, well-made product. I holds all manner of very important documents, like a home deed and abstract; documents that would be needed following a catastrophic fire. The organizer is also sturdy enough to hold heavy coin collections. The only reason I did not give it five stars is because, short of burning my house down, I cannot say the product would survive such a fire! I relied on the video the seller includes in their ad which shows a blow torch being held on the product It's rated to withstand temperatures far higher than a typical house fire would reach. I now have three of these and just purchased some additional organizers for Christmas gift.

This document organizer is the size of a small briefcase, but packs a whole lotta storage space. The case is soft sided, so it can be difficult to believe that it could survive such hot temperatures and I hope to never have to test it. The zipper is durable and features a locking feature that I probably will not use. This case will live in a dark corner of my home where I might forget it, but my documents will be safe!

I really like this organizer, at first I thought it was a suitcase size safe, hard sided, so I was surprised when it arrived and it was semi- soft. But I gave it a try and there are so many spaces, and sections, different size pockets for passport, cash, credit cards, medications, important documents, and anything you want to keep safe .i was totally impressed , I spent a day going through all my documents and putting them in this complete fireproof organizer. Now my kids can grab that and all my information is at hand. I specifically brought it for the fireproof rating 5200 deg! Wow. Has a combination lock to secure it, and a handle for easy carry. Every household needs at least one of these .

Nice bag, locks are a little cheap/flimsy ... And the exterior feels like your typical silicone-like surface - or even, when a plastic-like surface has deteriorated over time and has a slick, almost sticky texture ... HOW do you even test to see if something like this is legit "fireproof"?? You've got one shot with your most valuable docs and guess you just have to cross your fingers and have faith in a random company off Amazon. Heh.

Love this organizer. Has single sleeves and large pickets as well as a larger compartment for bigger items which makes it very functional. It zips easily and comes with a handle to carry. It looks unassuming which is great since it's basically a safe. I love the fact that it is fire retarding and that I can just grab it and go if needed instead. Its durable and holds quite a bit of weight. Great value for the money so I bought one for my dad as well.

This document organizer is huge and thick. It can hold multiple folders , souvenirs, old credit cards/IDs and still have room for more! It's good quality (I tried to cut it with a boxcutter and it was resistant). Thankfully, I haven't had to test it's resistance capabilities regarding fire and water, but I don't have any doubts. One of my best Amazon buys.

Good product

The bag is decent quality and does keep everything important stored nicely, however I found it to be smaller than expected. For reference, it can only fit two medium sized certificate folders and 6 passports.
