I found it! I have tried ALL kinds of products for menopause hot flashes and mood swings and had just about given up. (I can't take HRT) I think my husband was on the brink of moving into our RV. This has been a huge help to my brain fog! I’ve recently started a new job and was worried that my menopausal brain fog was going to cause me troubles while trying to learn a new electronic system. I was really surprised when it seemed to help with 2 weeks!!! I seem to be able to focus more and retain what I’m learning. Not as good as when I was 30 but at almost 60 I am thrilled with the clarity I have now! I’m on subscribe and save!
