This uncapping fork is really good quality. It is study and well put together, with a comfortable handle. As of yet I haven’t actually used it to uncap so I can’t comment but the fork itself seems to be really good quality.

Worked well for me

This looked like a good tool, How wrong was I, on first using it to uncap I found it uncomfortable to use. Furthermore on using the tool the tines which are pushed into location holes began to loosen and come out of the location holes. It is now consigned to the recycle bin.

The challenge with writing a review for this is - it isn't the right time of year to use this! Uncapping isn't until the honey is ready for harvest, which will be a good few months away, so this is written having just looked at the product rather than used it. The build feels strong and durable. It did arrive with some dirt on it, probably from manufacturing and handling, so it'll need a good deep clean before use. The adjustable angle is good as you can then keep a consistent position. It is a solid build and the handle easy to hold. There are a couple of small cuts/dents on the metal that won't affect use but I do wonder if it has any impact on longevity if that encourages rust.
