I read all the reviews and was hesitant to purchase but I figured I'd try it out anyway. Very heavy duty. Comes with two locks for it with the same key. Very easy to manipulate and user friendly! Great buy considering other companies are charging$600-$900 for the same hitch. No worries, is a great hitch.

Great hitch for the cost! Works great and adjustable to whatever you need. When on off road trails i flip it upside down so it wont drag. Of course the coating is gonna rub off when you put a trailer on there so I’m not too worried about it because I use lube on there anyways, so it doesn’t rust as much as people say. I would like to be able to purchase just the attachments separately without any balls on there so I can make my own recovery hook or even better make one I can put on the bottom as a type of skid plate to protect the bottom side of my hitch when offroading . I do have the skill necessary, so I think I’m gonna make my own and put a type of skid plate on the bottom because I have lights on the bottom of my receiver hitch for offroading. You wont be disappointed with this hitch. The only other thing I would suggest is to include a half thickness rubber bushing for adjusting tension because the thick ones were just too much where I couldn’t get it adjusted perfectly, i trimmed it with a hot knife.

Perfect for my truck. I needed an adjustable hitch and didn’t want to spend $500+ on some hitches. This was a great price. Very heavy solid metal. I hauled 10,000lbs+ and have had 0 issues. Fit great and it comes with locking hitch pin. Only complaint is the locking mechanism for the ball is finicky but for the price it’s not like it’s an issue to steer you away from this purchase

Heavy duty, much more so than I expected given price point. I’ve installed it, but have now towed anything yet with this ball.

Didn't last 6 months. Visible rust and the pin that holds the pin left the chat. Luckily I did not have a trailer attached! The automated prompts landed me to amazon returns and they just took care of it, so I have no idea whether GWAUTO stands behind their product or not. Great idea, poor design.

Overall, it’s not bad. The shank is a little loose, but no complaints there. My biggest issue that I’ve had is absolutely the locking mechanism at the top of the hitch. It is constructed of aluminum, with what I believe to be a steel barrel lock cylinder inside of the aluminum case. I live in the Midwest and my truck, as well as this drawbar are exposed to substantial amounts of corrosive road salt. Within one winter, I had to cut that aluminum lock off of the top of the hitch and figure out a different pin system to lock the hitch balls in place on the drop. I expected the steel the rust, these things happen and I’m not complaining about it, but not being able to remove the different size hitch balls and cycle between them, particularly when you figure that out on a job, not at the garage, is a pain in the ass. If you live somewhere where you don’t have severe corrosion issues, I’d say this is a good value. If you do have road salt like we do, look for a different option.
