A good toilet for a tall person
When one is tall, a standard 16 inch height toilet is annoying. The 21 inch height puts a tall person in a comfortable position. The toilet arrived in a well protected box. All the components were bagged and easy to find. The instructions were well written (a couple of typo's) and easy to follow. Once installed, flushing is complete - no leftovers. A well made toilet.

Works great!
It's great, impossible to plug, thrifty on water use. A bit to tall, I am 6' 3" tall, and the bottom of my legs are hard against the toilet seat. So I built a small stand to put my feet on when using it. Yes it is much easier for me to stand up now. The higher seat helps with that.

Amazing tall toilet
Omg amazing! Hubby is 6'5 and loves this super tall toilet. I'm 6 feet female and it's a lil tall for me but it's easy on and off

Measure well before you buy
The toilet was not the color I thought it was ordered.. kept it anyway.. 21 inches is a bit high for the average height person but if you are 6’7 it is great. Still sad that my egg shell color was more butter color..

Nice quality
Pretty straight forward install. Just be aware this is quite tall. You will most likely need to have a longer supply line. My homes supply was a little low so a 12 inch line/hose was just about an inch to short. So you may want to have a longer line on hand before you start so you don't have to run to the hardware store mid install like I did.

Easy to install
Very nice and tall- I’m 6’1 and it fits a tall person perfectly. Ease and comfort is a perfect 10. I am finding it difficult to find a bidet seat for it but I love it

Bowl doesn’t sufficiently fill
This toilet came to us much more yellow than the biscuit that was depicted. Worse though, is that the bowl does not fill enough to adequately remove or dispose of solid wastes. Apparently the trap construction controls the amount of water in a toilet bowl so this is not adjustable. You would literally need to keep a pitcher of water in your bathroom to evacuate the bowl. My purchase was refunded.
