The build quality feels solid but it’s surprisingly lightweight, so it doesn’t put pressure on your neck when using it. The massage feels great and is strong enough to relax tight muscles while still being comfortable. I also really like the app. There are multiple massage modes to choose from, and it’s easy to adjust based on how sore you are. The heating function warms up quickly, which is a big plus. Overall, it feels well made and totally worth the price.

Love this set of neck massager! It gives out strong pulses and warm to soothes the neck. After downloaded the SKG app, the neck massager connects easily and I could customised my intensity on both vibrations and heat. I could also add on new massage programme that it’s not on the switch using the app. Oh! I forgotten to mention about the comfort cushion that wraps around my neck! It feels so comfortable and soothing! Love that it also folds small that it is portable for keeping it in my bag if I want to bring it along for travelling.

This item burns and gives electric shocks. Further I have spent 30 minutes trying on Amazon site to get a returns form, site will only give me self help info but not return - shameful.

Really happy with this neck massager. The heat function feels great and the massage is stronger than I expected for such a small device. I use it after working on the computer and it helps a lot with neck stiffness. It’s also lightweight and folds up nicely, so it’s easy to keep on my desk or take when traveling. Overall, solid quality and worth the purchase.
