Great customer service
I found that the battery wasn't charging and got in touch with the supplier. They responded the same day and sorted it immediately. It turned out that I'd been trying to charge if without having it in the standby mode. I felt a bit foolish, but they were very patient with me. Excellent after sales service. It's working fine now and I'm very pleased with it.

I've recently bought one of these for my new DAB radio, bought to replaces my old radio which had a much larger battery. This new one doesn't last as long before needing recharging which is a bit of a nuisance, but I suppose I'll get used to it in time. I couldn't manage without a radio in my bathroom and I think that this is the best solution currently available.

Sound quality, radio good , Bluetooth great.Need to buy rechargeable battery pack separate, doesn’t come with it. By chance I read in fine detail, if I hadn’t would be useless without it.
