We bought this for our dogs and they loved it. Since the dogs used it, they kinda chewed through the string within a couple months, but using it for people would make it last longer, most likely.

Zero stars. Do not buy. This is a neat idea to have a portable game but less then 5 minutes of playing and the pole was swaying back and forth. The stakes are solid but the force of the ball is too much for the skinny pole. I stopped playing and left it to my kids who were promptly complaining that the pole was coming loose. By its nature if the person going counter clockwise is winning then the threads on the pole start to loosen. Perhaps a set screw might help! After. Continual tightening we gave up playing for the moment unable to finish a game. They started playing with it today and now the lower threads on the pole stripped out making it really wobble and permanently crooked. Basically it was a waste of money, skip this one for sure!!

Got this tetherball set for the yard and it’s awesome! Super sturdy with a strong base and pole and I love that the height adjusts so everyone can play. Easy to set up, and it’s held up great so far. I admit I do bring the rope and ball inside bc this FL weather destroys everything! But we’ve been having a blast. It's perfect for family fun, outdoor parties, or just goofing around. Definitely worth it!

Don’t buy this unless you want to waste your money! The poles come undone when the ball is hit. Not sturdy at all.

Not sturdy at all and when you play it’ll unscrew itself often. So you have to keep tightening it. Wouldn’t buy again.

I really wanted this tetherball set to be a fun addition to the backyard, especially seeing how excited my grandson was to run out and play with it. Unfortunately, it’s been a bit of a disappointment. During use, the top kept unscrewing, which made it hard to keep the game going, and the ball came off multiple times. We followed all of the setup instructions carefully, but still had these issues and the post still moves around quite a bit, making it feel unstable during play. We’ve tried making adjustments to fix the issues, but it’s clear there are some quality concerns. It’s a nice idea and could be a great outdoor activity, but for the price, I expected better durability and sturdiness. Right now, it just doesn’t hold up the way it should.

Love Tetherball, played in school, now an adult I still have love the game and was very happy to find this. I like the stakes they looked like they would definitely work and with three prongs instead of 2 yes please. The ball was not as durable as the ones from school, which was shown when my wife and my pup were playing around, pup was happily playing along but then she got ahold of the ball with her teeth and it popped the ball. The reason my pup was able to take a nip at the ball, was due to to the pole coming up from the ground, it didn't stay in the ground even with the 3 prongs. Had to replace the ball so we will see how it will work in the spring.

Very sturdy

Works great and delivered on time. Only issue is that the top that attaches the ball string to the pole becomes unaltered frequently with use. Would be nice if it had a lock to prevent this

When you hit the ball, the pole becomes untwisted. It's OK for small kids to play..... not Great for teens or adults. Base needs to be more stable.

Great product better than expected

Set this up and my kid was playing with it lightly barley hitting the tether ball and the bar snapped. Also it would just spin around and fall over

I bought this for my energetic border collie puppy. The 5 prongs make it strong in the ground. She has managed to untwist the pole through play but it can be easily reattached and tightened. The ball is the only one to have survived her teeth to date. Definitely recommend.
