I have a Master's Degree in medicine but am not a physician so do your own research. After researching red light exposure for months, I find it solid. Red Light apparently helps with a variety of ailments from skin rejuvenation to psoriasis to herpes sores to inflammation. Infrared therapy has long been known to decrease muscle aches. Don't believe me. Check out the research papers on pubmed. This light is 1/2 infrared and 1/2 red light at the optimal nanometer range of 850 nm and 650 nm respectively. I believe it is substantially similar to other products that may cost thousands of dollars! The only comparative difference is the rather cheap stand which is handy and clever but still made of plastic. They could design a much better stand like a full movable lamp stand that firmly attaches to the panel and people would be glad to pay several times more for this product! However, this minor inconvenience is worth it! If you want a a light attached to a solid movable, metal frame for use in a medical office, and want to spend $5,000 (at least) then by all means look into Healite. Doctor's will charge you $50.00-$100.00 per session! If you just want the infrared and red light panel for home use this is by far the best option I could find. The panels are lightweight and contain 75 Red light diodes and 75 infrared diodes on a flat panel made from composites. You could definitely use the panels in a professional setting (or at home) if you attached it to a professional stand OR to set up your own DYI full body Red Light booth if you had them installed properly. The panel standing alone is more than big enough to provide coverage for any particular area of the body such as the face, back, legs AND you get TWO of them! The product is BRIGHT, has a nice on/off switch, and it works! AND it comes with a full 2 year warranty that was easy to activate. I still cannot believe the cost of this device!! 5 Stars!

This review is for the Red light therapy lamp (2 pack). Shipping was very fast! The items were packaged nicely - like what you would expect from a company that takes pride in their products. These lamps came with adjustable stands as well as wire hangers, 2 pairs of goggles (actually dark glasses) to protect eyes, and a 2 year warranty that was very simple to activate. I received a personal (and very sweet) email from the seller within minutes of activating the warranty. Now, to the lamps. Easy to unpack and set up on the stands. The lamps are lightweight but feel well-made. Both lights work well and are simple to turn on and off. The stands are plastic but seem sturdy enough. With normal use, I think they will hold up just fine. We purchased this as a bit of an experiment- we have family members who bought hand-held infrared devices for pain and inflammation and they had good reports. We purchased for several reasons, to include skin care and aching joints. I personally went in to this without any expectations one way or the other - mostly curious. I sat with my hand close to the light for maybe 15 minutes and was surprised when I realized my hand wasn’t aching like it was before I started. Interesting! I will add to this after we have used for a few weeks.

They are made cheap but they do work if used daily. Wear glasses protection is necessary. But they are just ok flimsy material. Lightweight did not change sleepiness. I use for building collagen in face only.

My mother and I were looking for infrared lamps for various conditions including pain, skin conditions etc and ran across these two lamps at such a reasonable price and we absolutely love them. I read many complaints about the plastic stands but I think the stands are sturdy and I really have no problem using it on my nightstand. Sky has a video that she sends on how to use the lamps and stands. I also loved that there were two of everything. I just got the lamps so I will update on the improvements we experience but the lamps covers my entire body, and I feel very relaxed after using, and the goggles are great as well. Customer service is absolutely THE BEST I’ve ever experienced on Amazon. Sky is very hands on and responds very quickly. I had an issue with my first delivery it seemed the carrier had cut open one side of the box so both lamps arrived damaged. However, a replacement was sent quickly and Sky apologized for the damaged items even though it wasn’t her fault because as I stated the box appeared to have been tampered with. She followed up to make sure everything was okay with the replacement once it arrived. Which was very quick! I am very pleased with my purchase and the customer service. I look forward to following up on our progress.

We received our red light therapy panels and everything it said would be in the box, was there and in good order. We had never used red lights and are still new to it but believe that the benefits will be great. Everything was in perfect shape and the panels were much brighter than I had expected. My wife uses one and I use the other but we have plans to be able to utilize them as a pair, individually. I noticed my skin feeling better after I used it the first time. Because the price is so reasonable, we may order more. 5 out of 5 stars for the product and the company selling it!
