National Geographic Circuit Kit for Kids with 60 Projects for Ages 8-12

7-year-old really enjoyed this Circuit Maker. He was enthusiastically learning the sequence of connections and what came out of them. I recommend it for inquisitive children.

I gave this to my 7 year old grandson for Christmas, and it was a hit. For the most part, it is reasonably intuitive to assemble circuits. There are a few things that require reference to the instructions or are easier to figure out using the instructions. The instruction/information pamphlet included was not lengthy or hard to understand, but my grandson did not have time for them and wanted to dive right in. With some help from me, he soon had a couple of circuits working and experimented with others. I was surprised when he insisted on taking his circuits to a big New Years Eve neighborhood party where he showed it off to other kids who enjoyed playing with it. It is worth noting that the parts seem pretty rugged and withstood all the unsupervised handling without a problem. I would recommend this for 7 to 10 year olds, based on my experience. It is a good value. It doesn't have a bunch of small parts to be scattered about and lost. It is rugged and doesn't require a lot of concern for safety.

Fun and educational. My four years old son already enjoys playing with it!

My 10 year old grandson loves things like this and he sure does enjoy this set. It does need batteries; which I must have missed that in the description. Hours of fun and it's safe for kids experimenting

Interesting and educational but just for one use then you have to give someone else

All parts arrived in working order, properly packaged and looking nice. Directions are clear and helpful. Devices to attach are clearly marked and appear durable. Nothing broke apart during first play. Wires connect everywhere easily although my eight year old had to push a little to complete connections. The power block holds 3 batteries but do lower the ribbon down before inserting the two batteries so you can pull on the ribbon to easily remove the batteries later. The dial switch increases luminosity of the lights. I couldn’t see it so thought the switch was broken but my eight year old could. You can also try after dark to be sure. The set has sufficient devices and wires that it awes and inspires also ignoring the booklet and winging it which can result in “nothing happens” forcing review and retry so perfect for impatient but curious minds.

Genial, juguete educacional

The projects looked a little lean and smallish but the child who put them together was excited and happy with no complaints whatsoever. Hours of building creative links kept him happily busy and intrigued. Easy to assemble, high value for a very unique product. Worth the effort for such an educational toy.

This is really a hit with my 9YO. The projects are easy and interesting and the material is durable. I highly recommend for all kiddos that are interested in STEM projects

Really good circuit maker kit and not too complicated. Grandson loved it. Great item.

My nephew who is 4 loved this so much. Especially the bubble function, the projector and the floating ball.
