This is a fantastic machine. I was worried about it shaking my apartment, but its unbelievably quiet. I added a picture of where the curved black pieces go since it's not on the directions. The directions aren't great, but it's pretty simple. I can use this to get loosened up in the morning, to get invigorated when I'm feeling blue, to settle down after a long day, to get my heart rate up and warm up for a workout. And it moves around lymph fluid, so using it helps my immune system. It has 15 levels so I can use it for any occasion. Every human body needs this thing.

This item was delivered on time, and was easy to assemble. I purchased this equipment at the suggestion of my doctor prior to surgery for hip replacement. I’m so glad I followed my doctors advice. This machine assisted me in my recovery from the surgery. It helped my mobility and balance. It enabled me to get my muscles activated and helped my balance when walking. I used this machine while also using a recumbent bicycle for exercise.

I have only had it for couple of days and it seems to work very well. When assembling the column to the base, you will need to drill the hole bigger in the base (Plastic) in order to line it up with the threaded hole of the column in order to install the set screw. Other than that it's very easy to assemble. I am surprised with all the feedback regarding this issue that the manufacturer has not taken care of this issue.

Good, inexpensive model, great for the price...was a bitch to get together for me tho...stroke victim...wish it had been horizontal vibrating, but was vertical...all good ..love it for the price

I have used several vibrating plates. This one is by far the best most compact and lightweight. I can move it anywhere. I love the whisper quiet motor and the mode settings. Can't wait to use it every day!

A couple years ago I was given a much more expensive and much larger vibration exercise machine which worked great and was 3 times heavier. It worked so well it totally shook the condo below. I gave it away. I received this one 3 days ago. It was easy to put together and the vibration is just as good as the more expensive one. And . . . it's smaller and lighter. So far I am extremely pleased. MH

After trying for 2 times a week. I had no concern but does not loose any weight , so I decided to increase to 4 times a week then I have a lot of problems . My skin was extremely itchy and red after using the machine and also my neck, hip, back and shoulder pain get worst. I am not sure what are the benefits of this machine. Should consider carefully before buying it.

I love how easy it use to use this machine. This product is wonderful for weight loss and toning your entire body. Great company and fantastic product. Would definitely recommend this for everyone.

I was a little worried that the machine would not be sturdy enough because of the price point but I was worried for nothing. This machine is sturdy and the floor plate isn't too big - perfect for small spaces. Also, some of the reviews were about a degree of difficulty to assemble because the instructions weren't well written. Those claims are false. This machine is excellent quality, sturdy & super easy to assemble. It literally took me 5 minutes to put together. Love this machine and wish I would have bought it years ago.

Unit arrived quickly and was packaged well and easy to follow instructions. Assembled in about 5min. Quality is great for the price and fits in small spaces. Does the job and loosens everything up! Only need a few minutes on the machine. It has pre-programmed modes but I just use the speeds manually.

Only problem i have had so far is the inability to line up the hole at the front of the machine in order to put in the screw to give real stability. I think it would have been a great improvement to get a proper translation for the instructions which are quite hilarious. The actual working of the machine is excellent, but at first i was spending too long on it; this is not a "pain=gain machine" There is a good set of 4 videos on You Tube which spell out the benefits, and give an idea of how to use to maximin effect. very pleased to have it as it is just about the only exercise i can manage at 82.

I HAVE TRIED A SIMILAR MACHINE AT WORK AND LIKED IT SO DECIDED TO PURCHASE MY OWN. HAVE BEEN ON IT FOR 20 MIN. A DAY AT THE TOP SPEED OF 10 AND LOVE IT. GREAT VALUE FOR THE PRICE. WILL SEE IF IT CAN HELP WITH WEIGHT LOSS IN A MONTH BUT I FEEL YOU ALSO HAVE TO CUT BACK ON CALORIES.
