3" (75mm) G Clamps, Pair, Black, Silver

We have a rainwater trap which comes apart every time it rains. So I could see that a small G-cramp would hold it together. I saw these on Amazon and they looked ideal. The fact that they are British Made was an extra bonus as I'm on a personal Buy British kick at the moment. The cramps arrived on time and they are ideal for what I want. Of course they are for lightweight jobs, but given that limitation they are perfect - well made and look to be durable. And the fact that you get 3 for the price is a bonus! Great customer service also as I had correspondence with them over a small issue which was rectified immediately. Highly recommended. 🇬🇧

Just thought I'd mention that these clamps appear to be made of some sort of plastic, rather than being made of metal like most other clamps I've come across. They do not appear to be as strong as the metal clamps. However, these clamps suited us perfectly for what we wanted the clamps for, but it may not be for everyone.

Useful light duty clamps that provide a helping hand for DIY tasks.

These clamps work ok but lack the solidness of a metal clamp. They are only suitable for light-weight clamping and don't screw and unscrew easily.

I made a desk from planks held to a metal stand with four 3" clamps. I bought 2 Stanley 3" clamps at over £7 each for two load bearing points, but I was very pleased to see 2 Linic UK clamps at just over £4 the pair, a considerable saving over 2 Stanleys. Please, this is a 5 star review, these clamps are excellent value for money, but have one minor problem: they barely open wide enough to hold a 3 inch deep object. I've taken two photos to show them against the Stanley product. I can live with that to save £10 a pair.

Put them on to a work piece. Took them off. Blue foot fell off! It appears that the feet are held by friction on the threaded shaft on the clamp. The inside of the foot is not threaded.

Absolute rubbish. I hadn't realised that these were actually made from PLASTIC. As the screw is tightened, the clamp bends and allows the spindle to slip. It becomes impossible to grip anything with any degree of force, which is the whole point of a G-clamp. I tried to return these but Amazon want £2.79 for postage so it's hardly worth it. Will give them to my kids instead.

G clamps as described. Bought for crafting use and does the job.
