PestBye® Set of 2 Jet Spray Battery Operated Motion Activated Cat Scarer & Repellent - Animal Repellers

Tried absolutely everything including sonic repellent to chicken wire on the ground and nothing kept cats away... Bought 2 of these as my last hope and they have been in for a month now and ZERO cats. They are fantastic and work incredibly well. Its great to hear them going off at random points! Having been suffering from dam urban foxes digging up the garden for years I was really pulling my hair out with things to try, forget all the stuff you put down and the myth about wee'ing in your own garden as that puts them off..........as it doesnt. I'd tried to "Fox Proof" it as best as possible but you just cant. Enter the PestBye Motion Activated water sprayer, absolutely brilliant, been using it for a couple of weeks now no sign of any fox poo or diggging. Sometimes if I have the back door open I can hear it trigger and you hear a scurring away of something so its obviously doing its job. I tend to move it about every two to three days so they dotn get use to it but so far its done a great job. I've not put it on the post as that puts it too high I feel, its a shame the spike is so plasticey I can see that being a fail point but I have found you can buy metal versions. Everyone moaning about it splitting in the frost needs to realise it all made of plastic so its NEVER going to cope with temps below 4C. I have found on windy days it can trigger itself for no reason but I do have the sensor on max and when they say 10mtrs they really do mean 10mtrs. Added a little video of it doing its stuff and near the end you'll see a patch that I'm trying to protect which had been dug down nearly 8" and 8" round, I'd fill that in every other day but since installing the sprayer its not been touched :-)

I recently purchased the PestBye Jet Spray and overall, it's been a satisfactory addition to my garden. As a cat owner myself, I understand the challenges of keeping feline friends out of certain areas, and this product offers a reasonable solution. The motion-activated feature does a decent job of deterring cats without causing harm. It's a humane way to discourage unwanted visitors from my flower beds and vegetable garden. While it may not be 100% effective, it does help in minimising their presence. Installation was relatively straightforward, thanks to the clear instructions provided. These cat scarers are low-maintenance, and the battery life has been acceptable. While they may not be a complete solution for all cat-related issues, they do provide a reasonable level of control.

Keeps the horrible feline crap-merchants out of my garden and away from killing the frogs in the pond. I now have three and will probably install a fourth just in case they realise that the gate is not currently covered. Some people have complained that the water seal is not great. It just takes a bit of PTFE tape on the threads to keep them completely watertight. One of the items was missing the battery seal but the company were really so pleasant and helpful to deal with so that problem was rapidly sorted out. I have tried all sorts of devices, ultrasonic so-called deterrents, sharp objects behind the hedge. This is the only device that has worked.

The ground spike could be longer to give more clearance for the hose connection.

Returned these same day. Set one up and the black plastic connection split leaking gallons of water. The head worked great but the black tube and hose fittings were cheap, thin and cracked open when tightened gently by hand. Needs quality pipes that are fit for purpose. The spike is very short and the head heavy so the whole unit shakes and vibrates.

We tried so many things to stop cats and foxes from doing their business in our garden, but nothing worked. These water jets are the only thing that stopped it 100%. I even set up a camera to watch the route the cats and foxes used beforehand. Once the jets were installed, it was hilarious watching them sprint away the moment they triggered the spray. Best of all, from day one — and now three months later — no more mess at all.

Tutti gli anni in questo periodo ripristino il prato, e come al solito dove la terra è appena seminata arrivano i merli a devastare tutto e qualche gatto a raspare ,finalmente ho risolto il problema! il sensore è molto sensibile e si regola l'area di intervento, quando un volatile o un animale entra nell'area del sensore attiva lo spruzzo dell'acqua per 3 ,4 secondi giusto il tempo di scacciare l'ospite indesiderato senza sprecare acqua, da quando l'ho messo, 1 settimana non ho più visto buchi di merli che prima erano spesso li.

Zum Schutz unserer Fische im Gartenteich vor dem Fischreiher haben wir uns den PestBye gekauft. Er reagiert gut auf Bewegungen. Da wir den Fischreiher in letzter Zeit nicht gesehen haben, kann ich nicht sagen, ob er ihn vertreibt. Bei Katzen funktioniert er aber. Nachts, wenn der Igel über den Rasen läuft, spritzt er auch los. Gut finde ich, dass er über die Tiere hinweg spritzt. Sie werden also nicht „abgeschossen“. Die Reichweite des Bewegungssensors läßt sich einstellen. Bei sehr hohen Temperaturen funktioniert er allerdings nicht zuverlässig. Die Halterung ist etwas wackelig, gerade wenn die Verlängerung benutzt wird. Aber vielleicht verscheucht er die Tiere durch diese Bewegung zusätzlich. Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit diesem Gerät und unsere Fische hoffentlich auch.

È stato l'unico strumento che ha funzionato per scacciare i gatti che ogni notte venivano a fare i loro bisogni nel mio giardino. La nota negativa è che di giorno devo chiedere l'acqua perché quando la luce del sole è diretta il sensore di attiva ripetutamente, fortunatamente i gatti da me vengono solo di notte e quindi non mi pesa. Acquisto azzeccato comunque

Grundsätzlich eine gute Idee. Jedoch hat uns das Ganze nicht überzeugt. Gekauft, weil uns Katzen immer ins Hochbeet gekackt haben. Teilweise sind die Katzen am Gerät vorbeigelaufen ohne ein Auslösen des Geräts. Insgesamt ist die Qualitätsanmutung nicht sehr hoch. Würden wir nicht nochmal kaufen.

Nel giro di 2 giorni ho risolto il problema delle “visite” sgradite di un gatto, adesso non si fa più vedere. Ottimo prodotto anche perché innocuo non causa nessun danno all animale da “allontanare”, sfrutta solo un getto d acqua.
