The flavor definitely leans sweet and fruity, with notes of orange, raspberry, and lime—true to the sherbet theme. It’s a little nostalgic, kind of like a melted popsicle, but some people might find it overly sweet or slightly artificial. The hydration benefits are real—when I’m feeling drained after a workout or long day in the sun, I notice a difference within 20–30 minutes. I like that it’s sugar-free and uses allulose and stevia instead, which makes it more keto- and diabetic-friendly. That said, it is salty—around 500 mg of sodium per serving. I highly recommend mixing it with more than the suggested 16 oz of water. I usually use 24–28 oz to mellow out both the saltiness and sweetness, and it still works great. I can never get my hands on these except for online. The flavor is perfect and I can't believe it's sugar free! I suffer from a medical condition wear I get flare ups if I'm not properly hydrated, and this product has helped me so much since it first came out!

I loooooove these so much. You can NOT tell they are sugar free since the taste is still great. I only buy these on sale though since it is kind of expensive. They truly work as far as hydration goes and was a big help when I had a scratchy throat and was not feeling well.

I use this religiously every day. Knowing I'm getting all the essential electrolyte needs is reassuring for a healthy lifestyle. I feel hydrated and for me it's definitely a bonus that makes my skin glow and looking better. This flavor is definitely my favorite.

I use liquid IV a lot. I like this and LMNT best for hydration. The only flavors I don’t like are lemon lime and sherbet. I just bought sherbet and it’s bad. It’s got a medicinal taste to it.

I only buy the sugar free Liquid IV flavors. Ive tried every other type of IV brand on Amazon but nothing compares to this. I know its pricey, but it helps with drinking water! Highly recommend!
