Bought similar vitamins in our local health store. Paid double the price. I knew I had to keep taking them, but couldn't afford to at the higher price. Found these, ingredient list is the exact same. I notice a great difference, better energy levels and less of a flop in the afternoons. I notice if I miss taking them! Excellent product, easy to swallow. They are a little big, but no trouble to take them

They are a fairly big tablet but not difficult to swallow and really gave me the pick up I needed.

They do the job, but be aware, they are big pills. They are lozenge shaped so are not too bad to swallow, but you need a good glug of water to help them go down :)
