Unfortunately I tried it out beyond the return window, but I found out it's too dense and hard and I couldn't get used to it. I bought it for more height for side sleeping, but the material has little fluff and creates a very hard surface that causes pain as my ears are being crushed. I do not recommend this for side sleepers.

This is not a My Pillow; 20 years with neck problems resolved in ONE delivery. Alas I can't wait to go to sleep. The ability to adjust the level of comfort is unique and appreciated.

This seems like a good pillow for a larger person but as someone who is smaller, it was just too big. I know that you can remove stuffing to make it fit your head and neck but after I got about a third of the way through and it still was too high, I think that there is still a limit. I think the one I have now compresses better and molds to my needs vs this one didn't seem to compress well. But it's firm and can be pretty high if you need that.

Best pillow ever. Pricey but worth the price

Pillow is ok but the chemical smell coming from the cover is pretty awful and not dissipating fast enough. If it doesn’t clear up soon I’ll send it back.

Not comfortable

Excellent Pillow. Very firm, lots of filling. I am a side sleeper (mostly) and had some neck problems with my old pillows, and switching to these helped relieve those. It comes with a bag for extra filling if it's too much for you.One note, when the pillow comes it will be really flat, and take a good 24 hours to fully expand.
