I am so pleased with these beans. They are uniform in size, clean, whole, unblemished ( I think they were carefully dried). They cooked, after overnight soaking, in a reasonable time for large beans ( maybe 1.5 - 2 hours). And they are delicious. Pricey, yes. But these are special beans I use for Gigantes Plaki which I don't make often, so I think the result is well worth the price. I have tried other brands that were much less successful. I will order these again.

I love these chia seeds! I am on my second bag now. I just soak them in 16 oz of water for 20 min and then drink them! They don’t make me bloat, they don’t really have a flavor, and the texture doesn’t bother me! They are great! The bag is pretty small but they still last me about a month!

I cooked a small amount of these today with onion, cumin and beef Tallow in chicken broth and they were delicious.

It took 3 times the amount of time to cook these beans plus had to slow cook them overnight for them to soften and cook all the way. Also these beans were brown not creamy white when finally done cooking. There was no expiration date on the bag either. Must have expired a long time ago.

Good quality

I don't know much about Chia seeds but they are fresh and what I was looking for quality and price wise. They only get four stars however because of the packaging. A resealable package would seal the deal, pun intended.
