Love the shimmer. Spruce up my gins

Contains lots of sugars and bicarbonate products so was expecting this to effect the taste of the drinks but it didn’t at all. Made for some really different and classy cocktails when people were over!!

Much smaller than I imagined it to be after looking at the advertising image. Bought it for a birthday present for a gin loving friend. She was impressed that I could find something so unique.

The jar is a lot smaller than I expected it would be and i find it flavours the gin in not the best way however you can ignore it. The shimmer isn't always very clear but for the 10 seconds it works it looks great. Was a nice christmas present for my mum and she enjoyed it!

So I was looking for something a little different for a friend's birthday and these looked like a bit of fun and the response on the day was what I wanted. I will say that the actual size was a lot smaller than I thought - hence four stars, but it was a bit of fun and something different from the norm.

Girlfriend loved the shimmer effect, make sure you add the full 1/3 teaspoon to get the colour through

Tasted ok, sweet,makes a brilliant pattern in your gin. However it was a xmas present for my daughter and the company's name was all over the box and as she accepted the parcel the surprise was gone.

Yes it shimmers (sort of) but it mainly bubbles a lot, causes the powder flakes to collect around the rim of the glass and makes the drink taste what could be described as rancid. But hey, you can't waste a geed G&T or glass of fizz once you've added the stuff so down the hatch then dispatch the shimmer to the bin or recycle it as reindeer glitter on the garden this Christmas!
