Wireless Wi-Fi Thermal Printer Shipping Label Printer Support AirPrint

This is by far the best thermal label printer that i have purchased. since this is for my business, i wanted to invest in a great quality printer and at first i purchased top brands spending a fortune thinking it is the best. that wasn't the case. when other "top brands" were connected to wifi they were lagging and when i contacted their customer service they said because its over wifi... but isn't that the whole point why we spend extra money on it? it should work faster... another issue was other "top brands" were only compatible with their own brand of shipping labels. etc, i have tried more that 6 brands not kidding., then one day i was having issues with my new "top brand" printer it wasnt printing right wasnt compatible with any other brand labels but their own.. i decided to try and again to research and look for a new printer. i came across one clip on youtube that said munbyn is the leading competitor of a top brand thermal label printer etc. and how its very efficient and the customer service is unreal. i decided to order it and give it a try. wow! the wifi connected right away, i was able to print with no lagging.- that on its own was amazing, because the top brands were lagging and took around 30 seconds before it printed, that takes time from a busy business that needs to move fast. i did have an issue connecting through usb, reason being i needed that to work, i can choose the page size and custom size the page if its not already there for example if i want to print a 2" circle. i contacted the customer service line and when they say 24hr help, they mean it! the tech, walked me through the steps it did take a couple of days because i was having issues connecting, but they didnt give up they kept on going from one trouble shoot after the next, and me sending them video clips of whats going on, and they were able to solve the problem. i can see this machine will stay for a long time. everything about it is great, and is compatible with all labels as far as what i have on hand. its a great buy. overall - happy with my purchase.

Perfect item for our small business shipping labels! Set up was a little challenging with pairing but not a game changer.

I'm an iPhone and a Mac user. I just love this printer for my shipping labels. (I've also played with it using some of the preloaded templates and it's super fun) Be sure to install the app on your iPhone and connect the printer in your iPhone first. After that, it just shows up on your Mac printer list and use it like you would any other printer. I emailed support with a simple question and they got back to me almost immediately. Super fast, easy set up and beautiful results. A true Wi-Fi label printer that can be used by everyone in the home or office. By the way, AirPrint works beautifully. I log into my Shippo account, open the label and hit print. You can't beat printing labels from your recliner!

Absolutely avoid at all costs. Printed one label correctly and then stopped feeding labels. I purchased the MUNBYN brand labels 4x6. Support is useless.Tried all the reset adjustments and troubleshooting steps provided online and they did nothing at all to improve the problem. Will be returning this. What a was of time. I based my decision on the AirPrint function and the reviews. It does connect wirelessly and it is Mac compatible. Otherwise easy to use. Too bad it won't feed labels.

This printer has been fantastic for our WiFi setup, working seamlessly with both our iPads and Android scanners. We purchased it specifically to print shipping labels directly from our Android scanners in the shipping and receiving area without the need for any hardwiring. Setting it up within our custom app to print via WiFi was straightforward, requiring minimal configuration. There are just two features we wish it had: The ability to assign a static IP address to the printer. Currently, there's no option to set this through the web configuration page, which would have been incredibly helpful for our setup. An option to buy a version of this Munbyn printer that accommodates label rolls inside the printer itself. This would save desk space by eliminating the need for fanfold labels or a separate label holder. Many competing printers offer this feature, but they either don't support WiFi printing or require a much more expensive model. Despite these minor drawbacks, the printer is excellent—fast, with great print quality. If you're looking for an affordable WiFi-enabled option and don't mind having labels on your desk, I highly recommend this printer.

Update- 2/7/8/22- munbyn customer service reached out to me and mailed me a brand new printer. It works so much better! Really impressed with customer support and will recommend this printer. I have been using this for a little under a month, with about 3-5 orders/week. At first, it printed so nicely. After about a week, the print became really light. I've followed Munbyn's directions on how to fix the print to come out darker- by going in printer settings and adjusting the speed and density- but nothing is fixing it. I emailed tech support who told me to adjust the speed and density to a different number- which I did.....and nothing different happened. A little worried that my post office isn't going to accept my packages if the print keeps getting lighter. For now, it is getting the job done. Pros- tech support emailed me back within 24 hours which was a nice surprise. It was super easy to install and connect to my computer. Printing labels like this is SO MUCH EASIER than printing on a regular printer and cutting out then taping to a package. Cons- printing keeps getting worse each time I use it. The cords in the back are in a really awkward location- get in the way of labels/label holder.

I bought the Munbyn Thermal Printer because the toner in my laser printer was expensive and unreliable. I use it to print shipping labels from eBay and from Poshmark. The Munbyn printer worked right out of the box. I was able to print from my MacBook no problem. I had some issues printing from my iPhone and iPad, but there was a recently released firmware upgrade around the time I ordered it. I received an email from Munbyn tech support letting me know to install it. At first my labels were printing off center. This was my fault as I didn't squeeze the label guides together to hold the labels in the right alignment. Tech support was quick to help with this solution as well. My mailing labels are now the perfect size with less paper waste, and the printout of the Munbyn is perfect. And it prints great from all my Apple devices. I have not used it for anything besides mailing labels. I have only used Munbyn branded labels so far.
