My cross country runners prefer this over the other top brands
My high school athlete runs cross country and this has become a staple in his regiment. I used it as well. The taste is good and the quality is high.

Calories and electrolytes for longer workouts
I use this during long rides on the bike trainer in Zwift. It seems to do a good job at keeping me hydrated and restoring the electrolytes I sweat out over 2-3 hours. It also provides enough easily digestible calories that help keep me going and not fading. I also seem much less prone to being completely flattened once I am off the bike. To those who left reviews complaining about the sugar content… that’s kind of the point! This is marketed as “Endurance FUEL” - not as some artificially sweetened zero calorie sport drink. I don’t use this for shorter rides when I just want hydration. Only when I expect to be exercising continuously for multiple hours and burning 1000+ calories. Other considerations - it mixes easily, taste is decent (just about perfect when mixing 2 scoops of mix into 20 fluid ounces of water), and there are no annoying dyes that stain your water bottles if they are plastic (or other things if spilled). I do wish that the provided scoop was a bit narrower to help avoid spilling the powder when trying to mix it in a sports bottle without a funnel. But I really don’t have any other complaints.

Great on long runs!
I like that the taste isn’t overpowering but it’s yummy and I like the electrolytes and carbs in this. I’m doing novice marathon training and have found this helpful on my long runs

Like but not love.
I didn’t love it, but I’m crazy picky, so maybe it’s not again the product a more against me!! If you use the full suggested mix, it’s super failingly sweet and you’re using a lot of product. If you use less product, it tastes not great. If you don’t drink it, it cannot hydrate you. I could not make myself be faithful to it. I didn’t love it. It does mix well, and was easy enough. I appreciated its lack of chemical.
