Works well, made well. I bought this for training at the gym. I connect it to 150 lb weight stack to do side steps to build up my hip and leg muscles. Works very well. I also like that it has a waist belt built into it to help keep it in place. Very easy to use, and made very well.

Looks strong and well made. The straps are very long which is ok but I would prefer a shorter strap to be included.
