Not worth the money.

Compre en diciembre este reloj. Su funcionamiento había sido bueno hasta el día de ayer que el botón seleccionador dejo de funcionar. Al no funcionar hay problemas para cargarlo y no puedo seleccionar ninguna de las opciones de uso. Muy caro para la calidad. Ahora no puedo contactar a nadie para buscar garantía o resolución al problema. Nada recomendable

After wearing this watch for 2 days the so called hypoallergenic silicone watch band left a ring of burned skin, it has been 6 weeks since taking it off and the skin is just starting to heal now. Withings support initially offered a free wristband which I accepted, before support realised I was in Australia, after which they changed their mind and said we are not eligible. Apparently withings don't sell wristbands outside of the USA. So if you need a replacement watch band, take note you have to buy cheap knockoffs or roll the dice that the band you are buying is official. After realising they couldn't provide a replacement watch band support initially tried to tell me they had no obligation to do anything and I should accept a watch that causes skin burns and costs 500 AUD. I informed them of my rights under Australian law, and they eventually relented to offer a refund. I received a refund from and have never received my funds. Be careful of withings, the watch looks very very nice, but I would instead look to Garmin, a have subsequently purchased a Garmin which looks just as good as the withings watch, except it's silicone watch band doesn't burn my skin. (For what it is worth, my previous Fitbit bands, both official and unofficial silicone bands have never caused me any trouble, and my new Garmin silicone watch band causes me no trouble). Only the withings silicon band caused a visible itchy burn on my wrist (and caused full body hives). I am raising a ticket yet again to attempt to obtain my refund. Perhaps next stop is small claims court, just note the above about their customer service if you are buying this expensive watch, if there is ANY issue you may be subject to the same level of disdain for your custom. Attached photo is my wrist two months after taking the band off.

Overall the watch is fine but it did not meet my requirements and I found out that it is missing some key functions: + the design is gorgeous it really is beautiful + the quality looks good + it has a lot of different sensors - it only gives an icon of your notifications and you cannot change them so that is pretty useless since then I still have to grab my phone every time to actually see what it is and if it needs my attention - I switched from Apple Watch and I saw in my health app that the data wasn’t showing up fully - I missed the find my phone function since I misplace my phone a lot - not all notifications that I had linked were showing up unless I had the whitings app open - my alarm from my phone in the morning did not work on the watch I had to turn on a different alarm on the watch it self to have it wake me up in the morning. I returned mine after trying it out for a day or 2 and payed the extra money to get the new Apple Watch. I thought I could safe myself some money with this one but in the end I just missed some key features that for me are important. I also highly doubt if the 30 day battery is true since it was already 70% after not even 2,5 days of use.

Ich habe die Uhr seit September, trage sie Tag und Nacht, auch beim Schwimmen und bin begeistert. Die Uhr ist unauffällig, dezent, Schrittzähler, Schlafüberwachung, Herzdaten etc. funktionieren einwandfrei, ca. 20 Tage hält der Akku bei mir. Ich bin zufrieden.
