Pros - Picture quality and Sound is good. Good operating system. Value for money. Have all functions available in standard Android TV Cons - The overall functions are slow, there delay of 2-3 seconds when you press any button on remote. The tv is a good choice if you are going to watch it along with setup box. Overall it's a very good product considering this price point.

My first TCL tv. Review after 1 week use. Very good picture and sound quality for the price. Clarity in HD is very nice (better from 480 p). Adjust picture settings manually to get best output. Colors are vibrant. Sound presets are good. Connectivity is seamless with this Google TV. Installation wall mount stand chargeable around 500 to 700rs. Installation was professional. No complaints overall. Thanks to Amazon and TCL. Better take extended warranty as the panels are not long lasting in general even in led tvs of market leader brands. TCL is no.1 in China, no.3 in world after LG Samsung in sales. So the quality is almost at par with them. Previously used Thomson TV which turns out to be local make with a foreign brand name only added. It failed display after 4.5 years. Overall quality is much better with TCL.

This is misleading, and I’m unsure whom to report this to. If you have a 100 sq. ft. room, this TV might feel too small, and a 43-inch TV would be a better choice. That being said, the picture quality and sound system are impressive. Installation Scam – Beware! This was the most frustrating part. They advertise free installation, but here’s the catch: 1. Wall Mounting Issue: They force you to buy their TV wall mount stand, even though the terms and conditions mention it as an additional cost, not mandatory. 2. Extra Charges: I had already purchased a compatible TV wall mount from Amazon, but the installation team still demanded ₹450 for installation. If I had bought their stand, they would have charged even more, which goes against the listed terms. 3. Comparison with Other Brands: I have installed another TV from a different brand via Amazon, and the process was seamless with no such issues. Final Thoughts: If you're buying this TV, be prepared for misleading size specifications and forced installation charges. While the TV itself performs well in terms of quality and sound, the installation process was frustrating and felt like a scam. Hope this helps others make an informed decisions!

Few things you should know before you purchase. YouTube Reviews: Do not fall for the hype created for this model in YouTube. Check the picture quality, color reproduction, viewing angle etc at an offline store. It was not to my liking. Internal Storage: Total storage is only 10gb and available to use is little less than 8GB. FHD Screen: I cannot believe that it is FHD because the edges are not sharp, it cannot be FHD 1080p display. TCL has done something at the firmware level so that the apps like YouTube, Netflix etc can give 1080p streaming support. UPDATE: Used a h/w spec app named AIDA 64 from playstore which showed that the screen is only 720p and not FHD. This app properly shows the screen resolution of my other 2 TVs as mentioned by the manufacturer so I trust what this app shows. Attached picture. Wifi: There is no 5ghz band support. The person who had come for installation told that a software update will enable it...Whaat!!!! :) Don't believe such fake promises Viewing angle: If you watch from the sides, you will see a hazy picture. Only the straight line viewing is good. Color Reproduction: Colors are a bit off. It is not at all vibrant/punchy like many other brands. Increasing the color setting makes it worse especially the skin tones. Also what I noticed is that, if there are many colors to display on a single frame then it is failing to set proper contrast. Sound: Is loud but flat without any depth or feel. Watching Videos: You wont be able to watch YouTube shorts as it gets cropped or zoomed-in once the video starts playing. Other videos upto 1080p 60fps & HDR can be streamed without any lag. HDR on Netflix also works. UI: Didn't face any UI lag so far in my 2days of usage. (2days is too early to make an opinion about it) OS & updates: Android version is 11 and Security update stopped after Oct 2023. I am not sure if this brand provides any OS updates Delivery & Installation: Got delivered in 2 days. In Bangalore, both are done by the same people. For wall mount they force to buy the one that costs Rs1850 instead of Rs500 mount. Also they force to submit Amazon review immediately after delivery. Updated on 19-Dec-24: Xiaomi A Series 32inch TV's color reproduction and the contrast it sets is far better and pleasing for my eyes than this TCL TV.

I bought this tv for 11500, so yes it is value for money for me Voice quality is more like 8/10. It's good The OS takes some time to load for the first time, but after a minute or two, it works smoothly, so give it some time to load properly. Viewing angle is good considering the segment There are hell lot of features in the settings menu which includes different picture modes, expert mode. You can tweak the Equalizer (that's amazing). The build quality is also good. There are some trade offs - pixels are visible if you stand close to the tv (i hope you don't do that) - HDR is not the best - Black levels are more little gray (as it is an LED tv) Overall, I'll rate it a solid 8/10 P.S - the sound best with a soundbar connected to them. Mine is the Zebronics 4100

It's more than 1 year it's still working like it's still new no lag and updates apps also value for money I just wanna let you know that it comes with voice recognition I was speaking to my remote whole day it didn't worked out I think at this price experience is good
