I always buy this for my partner. Because it's durable and doesn't break quickly. It's light and supports the cane very well.

Decent cane tips. Last longer than standard tips. However they get slippery and slick after wearing down past the "tread" after a couple months. They are harder than normal cane tips which likely prolongs the wearing down though. Fits my cane well.

The tips fit the cane perfectly, seem to be durable. My only reason for three stars is that they seem to be some what slick despite the pattern on the bottom. I've had the tip slide out from under me on more than one occasion. Just have to be careful that the tip solidly on the ground before putting any weight on my cane.

This is totally inappropriate material (too hard, no gripping) for someone whose entire stability depends on their cane NOT SLIPPING on hard surfaces. I have only had these for ONE DAY and I have already ordered some with more "rubbery" material, which does NOT SLIP. I wish I had read the reviews, because the design looks promising, but then they made these out of hard rubber/vinyl? Make the same design, but with non-slip material. This is DANGEROUS! Reading the reviews, and not just falling for this new design at first glance, would have saved me money, a near-fall or three (in one day!) and having to immediately buy new cane tips. And the requirements for getting my money back do not work for me: I am partially disabled (hence the cane), and walking is painful in the best of situations, and they want to charge me more money than the cane tips cost to return the package, unless I drive into town (ten miles away) and find a printer to get a mailing label. I am DISABLED, you doofi, this is neither convenient, nor my past experience with Amazon, who has had UPS bring me a label, AND pick up my package from my front porch. So...I am eating the cost, because return/refund is simply out of my literal "comfort zone." I was encouraged by the innovative design of the cane tip, with its perimeter grippers, and its ability to pivot a bit when placed at a angle, BUT they went and took this very promising design, and used a hard plastic material, which does not hug the surface, but SLIPS when at an angle under any pressure (which a cane tip is for)...too bad. This was (still is) a great idea, made with the WRONG MATERIAL Also, while I am critiqueing the design, the head should be WIDER, just a bit, more in line with the width of typical 3/4 inch cane tips. So, too narrow, too slippery, too hard (actually makes a tapping noise on my hardwood floor!) and (did I mention?) DANGEROUS!
