While the shorts are comfortable and does not restrict any body movement and it is light weight and airy texture makes it very comfy. All being said here comes the negetive part the whole point of using a compression layer is to work as a spandex it should be elastic enough to not restrict the movement of leg and and tight enough to not slide easily when stretched from one end. For me when I do squats outer layer is supposed to make room for the movement and come back to its normal position when I stand up but that's not expected from the inner layer it's should take form of the leg by expanding and contracting at same place. The inner layer with this product is more on the softer side. It streches but slides towards hip when I squat and stays there the whole time untill I pull it out by myself, which is not possible in between the sets and no tight fit means no support.
