Can this be applied directly to a led light cover that's on a ceiling fan?

Yes as long as its LED-based lighting because halogen and incandescent light bulbs get over 200 degrees F which is beyond the operating temperature of LightDims.
4 things to keep in mind.
* step 1 trace, step 2 cut, step 3 peel.
* You can layer lightdims to get the desired effect.
* You can lance bubbles with a pin prick, but be aware most bubbles go away within a week or so by themselves.
* The smaller you cut the material the easier it is to work with.

can these be put on LED light bulbs that  are in a table lamp?

Probably would not work. They're for a flat surface.

Question 3

I bought 3 light sensing led bulbs for the front of my garage, they are too bright.  standard bulbs.  what can i get to cover those?

I will list a few of our products that will work, remember you may need to layer some sheets together to get the desired effect. The benefit to our white Dims material is that it softens and dims. We have 2 kinds of white Neutral and subtle warm. We just got our new Patent pending Dual layer adhesive for multiple uses, versions of our original strength customizable LightDims and medium strength customizable LightDims, I will add the links but they may not be active yet. These say white, neutral color. If I put some on an led alarm clock, during daytime, does it look like a piece of paper over it, or more transparent.
