I am not a huge fan of what I saw on the camera but I guess that is why I bought a camera in the first place. On the first day out I was able to see where my crew was on a map and jump right to a live video of my driver on his phone while driving on the highway. Later on I was even able to see him parked outside a restaurant right from my phone. I am so happy that I went for a camera versus the other options. There is nothing more concrete than seeing the video. A quick note about customer service. I did have to give them a call. My video looked blue and I did not understand why. Turns out I left the blue protective film on the lens. I was on hold for less than 2 minutes, I spoke to Tyler and he let me know what was going on.

It took me a few days to finally install this as I was nervous but I have to say the install was really easy and I really had nothing to worry about. All in, it took me about 20 minutes. I used the provided sticker to mount the unit and ran the wire along the windshield. The camera came with an OBD connector and I plugged it right in. After the install I called to activate it and 10 minutes later I was watching the camera live on my phone as my son drove the car away. So far I have been happy with the live and past video along with the GPS tracking. I will try and post an update once I have it running for a few more weeks.
