I loved this chair from the moment I saw someone else using it at a scrapbooking crop. She was sitting criss cross, and I asked her about her chair. So I saved up for it and ordered it in Blue Wheel, so excited to receive it! It came well packaged and organized by parts with easy-to-understand directions. I put it together by myself rather quickly and rolled it to my basement, carrying it carefully to my scrapbook room. I will be traveling to crops with this chair in my car, as well as using it in my craft room at home. The chair is a beautiful shade of medium blue, so cushiony and comfortable. It is fairly lightweight (I'm used to lugging crafting supplies) and very durable from the parts put together. It seems pretty stable from the one I have, as well as the one I tried out from the other owner, and I think the value is amazing for a chair like this one. If you sit cross legged, or on one leg (like I often do), this chair has the room and the comfort to do so without your legs, ankles and feet hurting. Very well-made product, and I highly recommend it!

TL;DR Great color, very comfy for plus size, regular size people, height is good for slightly taller people, great tools, moves great, recline and tilt are adjustable/lockable, looks fantastic, easy to clean. Bit of a chemical smell but quickly faded First, I LOVE this chair. It comes in a good compact box, was easy to unpack, easy to build. I have beginning arthritis in my hands, and recently moved so I have made a lot of flatpack furniture, and let me tell you the amount of times I have cursed the manufacturers for those allen wrenches. They are hard to grip, fly out of my hand, can't get a good grip to have torque for tightening. I even went and bought a tool just for that.. but having one provided. I had to take a picture, I was so tickled. Everything went together like a dream. The instructions were one page, REALLY easy to understand and clear illustrations. All the pieces were there, including spare bolts. It did have a bit of a chemical smell to the cushions when I removed the plastic, but it faded over a couple of hours. I had it together in 20 minutes. The casters are fantastic. The chair has tilt adjustability. I like my chairs tilted back just a touch, otherwise I feel like I'm sliding forward. You can also lock the "rockability". When you lean back, you can either rock back or you can lock that as well. I've also got longer legs, and I'm always trying to get a chair that can sit a bit higher than other chairs. It's just more comfortable for my legs, and this one is perfect. I'm a bit fluffy, so I can't sit cross legged on it, but it's very comfortable. My less than fluffy adult kid CAN sit on it comfortably cross legged. The color is perfect, it looks great in my small living room, and the cats love it. I already had a spill, and it wiped up just fine. All in all, very pleased with this, and would highly recommend it to anyone else.

This chair was purchased for my wife, and her review is as follows: I sit cross-legged whenever possible, and normal office chairs can pose all sorts of problems. The arms get in the way, the seat is too curved, the seat is too shallow, and because of all that the tilt mechanism usually had to remain locked so I could overcome the rest of the issues. Well my previous chair finally broke and I decided to try this one, dedicated to those of us who sit cross-legged. It arrived last week but I'm finally sitting in it today. What a difference! The very slight curve of the seat is much gentler on my knees, since I am in a more relaxed cross-legged position now. There are no arms to get in my way. the depth of the seat allows me to adjust without feet or knees falling off the edge. I can use the tilt feature! For the chair itself: It wasn't difficult to put together and the instructions were really straight forward. I do have a wood-creak from the seat when I sit at certain angles. I think this is likely a result of over or under tightening a screw or two and I suspect it's something I can fix. The back rises up to just below my shoulder blades, so this is perfect for me, but might be too short for someone taller. For reference I'm about 5'5" tall. The wheel base is nice and wide so when you tilt back you're fairly supported. I do think I could probably cause it to fall, but I would have to try. It's not going to tip from normal usage. The wheels roll very easily on my carpeted office floor, as well. The padding is very Goldilocks between soft and firm, but since this is day one I'm not sure yet how it will hold up. It feels like it's pretty durable though. The cover material is soft but also feels like it's going to be durable enough to last through some years. I got the "Brown" colour, which is pretty true to colour on my screens. It's a rusty/orangey brown but a little muted so it's not garish. Overall I would absolutely recommend this chair to anyone who sits cross-legged and I would absolutely buy it again if I needed to.

Overall, it's a pretty good chair! My boyfriend and I use it (I'm about 160 lbs, and he's around 200 lbs), so it can handle a good amount of weight. It feels mostly sturdy. I've had fewer than a handful of instances where a wheel popped out. It's soft, has a nice color, and the height is adjustable. I didn't assemble it, but my boyfriend did (who doesn't like assembling anything), so I'd assume it's fairly easy to put together! Most importantly, it lets you sit comfortably (whether that's normal or crisscross!). Pretty good value.

I like this chair. It is comfortable, nice and wide. It does not have lumbar support. But that really isn’t an issue for me. Aesthetically pleasing for my room. I am pleased with my purchase.

I really like this criss cross chair. The color is beautiful in person. I would describe it as a mint blue-green that looks softer than the listing photos and works really well with neutral decor. The height adjustment is great. It actually raises high enough that we can use it at our kitchen counters if needed, which makes it more versatile than a typical desk chair. Assembly was simple and only took a few minutes. One thing to know is that the instructions are inside the wrapping with the chair pads, not loose in the box. We thought they were missing at first until we opened the cushion packaging. The seat is comfortable and wide enough to sit criss cross if you like that style of sitting. We did replace the wheels with rollerblade style casters to help protect our carpet and make rolling smoother, but the included wheels worked fine. Overall this is a comfortable, attractive chair and it works really well for a desk setup.

I have looked for hours online for a reasonably priced office chair that is not huge but provides comfort for my achy and temperamental back and hips. After reading reviews for the Criss Cross Chair, I was super excited, a chair that is wide enough to sit criss cross?! I just had to give it a try. I purchased the chair without wheels, in beige. The assembly was straight forward and fairly easy, with just a little muscling to attach the back to the bottom (matching the screw holes). I love how smoothly the chair swivels and even allows for some rock back and forth (seems quite stable just not a fluid rock). One of the best features for me of course is the wide seat and back rest creating the ability to sit CRISS CROSS, among many other leg positions! There is also a good amount of back support to help me sit in comfort for extended periods of time. I just about never sit still with both back and hip issues and this chair allows me to enjoy sitting to work without being in tears from pain. The fabric is a pretty color and soft which is super nice even while wearing shorts (not a fan of the usual fake leather or plastic of most office chairs)! Bottom line, you need one of these chairs in your home, office, classroom, honestly anywhere you want to sit with comfort and support.

I can't believe how well-made this chair is and how coherent the instructions are. Well-packaged to avoid damages or missing parts (they actually supplied a few extra screws). It comes with a special tool that makes it easy to assemble the Allen-head bolts. Chair is very comfortable--I needed a chair without arms. And the price is very good. Kudos!

Wow wow wow! I love it! It was easy to assemble alone but needed a slight help with connecting the back to the base but it’s soft comfortable and so wide. Much wider than I expected. Definitely a big girl friendly chair!

Ordered it expecting it the be the pink shown in the photos. But it’s like a bright coral pink. 🙃

Value for money

Faulty chair. The angle of the back rest to the seat was wrong and hence sitting in this chair was impossible. Had no choice but to return it.
