Worked like a charm for my Husqvarna Automower 450x. Keep in mind that one of the reviews said it does not work well if you are adding to a different gauge wire. Works great for new installs. My neighbor used the OEM Automower wire that is stranded type wire and had several broken parts from the install because the OEM wire seemed to be a little brittle if you were trying to make tight corners or even pulling tight and applying pressure from staking down the wire. I confirmed this myself with OEM and wire broke when bending. However this Heavy duty wire worked like a champ for a new install. I abused it when installing and did some very tight (almost perfect 90 degree corners) and it worked first time when I plugged it in. Definitely recommend just buying this or a different heavy duty solid wire for initial install.

I bought this to go with my Worx robotic mower. It works beautifully. It is much better than the thin wire that comes with the Worx robot. I had trouble repeatedly with the boundary wire that came with the system. This wire is deep enough to bury along a shallow perimeter. I highly recommend it.

Mush better than the thin stuff by worx

I used it to install to Husqvarna robot mowers requiring wire perimeter. This is adding some extra cost to the installation but I’m glad I made that decision after comparing with the official wire. Same gauge but much larger diameter with the protection and the quality is top. All the most it’s made in US which worth the extra bucks.

Strong. Sheathing seems good. Nice and stuff. Pleased with the price considering the price of copper in 2021. Used it for the boundary wire of my Husquvarna auto mower.

I tried using this to replace a section of wire that has constantly been damaged by cars stretching out the stranded wire when people park on my grass. I also needed to modify the way part of the wire was laid out in my lawn and utilized this for that as well. The signal was very funky and weak at the end of the line. I have had to trace weak signals / cut lines on an acre sized install over the past 3 years, and each time have had great success. This was so frustrating I broke down and called an installer to come help figure out what was going on. He came out, tried tracing, and ran into the same situation. He called Husqvarna and explained to them the situation, and they said you have to use the same gauge wire for a single install. So... while this wire seems awesome - is super thick, and I think would be great if I had to install fresh, it is not great for existing installs. It'd be great if the manufacturer made some of the caveats clear.

I bought this wire for use with my Husqvarna 450X Automower. I was tired of the Husqvarna wire breaking and wearing out quickly. This wire is so much better. The insulation is much more durable and holds up great in areas where it is exposed to the sun. The Husqvarna wire would become brittle very quickly in the sun. This wire is awesome!

I used this as boundary wire for a Husqvarna Automower. Worked great. A little harder to work with than the smaller Husqvarna wire, but that is because this is a heavier solid gauge wire. One other minor issue, the natively supplied Husvarna connectors for use in connecting boundary wire to the base station did not work due to this being larger gauge wire. I have to supply my own connectors. Other than that, this stuff is good.
