It's thick and smooth the taste is amazing I have orderd dosen bottles already each delivery's comes fast with no damage its a bit more expensive for a sous nut it's a good quality I don't know why so many bad reviews

I’ve tried a few of these from this brand and Skinny. Out of them all, this was the worst one ever. It was absolutely disgusting. It was just an overpowering taste of watery garlic. I put it straight in the bin. The best one is a maple syrup, I will be skipping the rest in future

If you are buying this purely for its nutritional value, thats fine. But if flavour is what you want, you may be disappointed. If youre expecting the subway style garlic herb sauce , very very far from - this one tastes far too garlicky as if youre biting straight into an actual piece.

Really not good, strange after taste and even doesnt smell good, garlic and herb from skinny is 1000 times better

Watery, not really a good flavour, not rich. It's ok as a low calorie sauce but it's certainly not a replacement in daily life.The ketchup you can easily replace with regular ketchup and never notice, this however is only one you'd use whilst on a diet, not an "all of the time" type of product.

Unfortunately, this garlic & herb sauce is a huge disappointment.There is practically no garlic flavour at all – instead it’s dominated by a very strong, unpleasant herbal taste that completely overpowers everything else.The flavour profile feels unbalanced and artificial, and it simply doesn’t taste like a garlic sauce should. I genuinely couldn’t finish a meal with it, as the taste is just too off-putting.Money wasted in my case. I would not recommend this product to anyone expecting a proper garlic flavour.
