When i scratched pin it removed some of the numbers then it locked the card when i entered them wrong, will not buy again. The app kept locking up while trying to install

What kept this from being a full five stars for me is the fact that it’s heavily mobile-focused. The portability is excellent, transactions are straightforward, and the app interface is clean and easy to understand. Overall I’m happy with the purchase — just wish it wasn’t quite so dependent on mobile use.

So I really like the idea of this crypto cold storage. I actually have an IM key that I carry around on my keychain Everywhere I Go with Bitcoin stored on it but I wanted to try out a new method and this comes with a actual card and then a backup card in case something happens to the original card. The only thing is I don't really know how ballsy I want to get with this thing because of the fact that all of my debit and credit cards always get worn out and scratched up real bad when they're in my wallets no matter what type of wallets I have I've had the ones where they pop out the cards regular wallets everything no matter what even if I don't use them they end up getting screwed up so I'm really worried that obviously if I put something into these that there's a chance that I might not be able to recover it so and having the backup key is nice but the only problem with that is if something happens to that also I'm pretty much screwed so but it's definitely something nice to be able to transfer some back and forth to and I was thinking about just getting a completely separate wallet to store this one in so it doesn't get all scratched up. Overall I highly recommend it but just to be very careful with it

Completely crap, nonsense, I bought this card to store my XRP, as I am already a user of Tangem card, by the way the best crypto cold wallet card out there. This D'cent card cold wallet, I just found out later that it does not support most famous crypto tokens out there including regular XRP which it is a shame, the app is freeking slow when trying to open it on your phone, and my phone is one of the latest iphone model with massive memory space, so nothing to do with my phone. Sometimes it just frozen, several times I have to delete the app and re-isntall it again. Stay away from this card, not worth your money. gave it one star by humanity, it deserves none.

I am new to this type of wallet setup. It was a little confusing setting them up with the instructions. More specific detail in the setup process would be helpful. The picture in the setup process for the backup card looks like the primary card so that should be changed so it’s not as confusing. You wonder if your setting up the right card or setting up the primary card again. Once you figure that out the process is straight forward. Everything so far is working properly. I recommend this as a cold wallet.
