Love these! I used them for flying trapeze and they give me the perfect amount of grip on the bar and I like that there are a bunch of holes to adjust the fit around the wrist because I both have tiny wrists and someotimes fly with multiple layers on wrist protection. The buckles are also pretty small, which is nice for flying trapeze. I will say that the finger holes are incredibly tiny and will need to be sanded/stretched. I also have really long fingers so when I have them on my hand can’t open very much. Even with those downsides, I still love them.

If you do a lot of pull-ups, these will save your hands from getting ripped to shreds. They seem small when you get them, but the leather will eventually stretch, so follow the instructions. you can accelerate the stretching process by soaking the holes with alcohol as you stretch them. My hands used to start ripping at sets of 20, and I would have to rest them for a couple of days. Now sets of 30 are no problem and I can do them every day without ripping.

I got large. I could not even fit the tip of my pinkey finger in the hole. This must be for children even though it says Men. I soaked then in water and even cut the holes to be larger. Still challenging.
