The brush in this kit is definitely my favorite item it works great! However, I think I chose the wrong scent for the shampoo. It’s supposed to have a woodsy smell, but my wife absolutely hates it she says it stinks. While the products themselves seem to be of good quality, I’d recommend being cautious with the scent selection if others in your household are sensitive to smells

Just got the kit yesterday and was excited because I got the straight razor and always wanted to try one. Well first off no directions on how to load the blade into it and when I watched a YouTube video to learn how did exactly what the dude in the video did made sure it was the same type of blade I got with the kit and the thing won't HOLD the blade in place just falls right out because the safety isn't tight enough to hold it together. So very disappointed that the only thing I really wanted from the kit doesn't work worth a crap. One star do not buy waste of 28 dollars. The wife is mad more so than I am since it took a few years to get her to let me a have a beard.

Good value lil beard care starter kit

Beard oils are lot smaller than I realized- but good for sampling different smells. My husband hated the shampoo smell and ended up throwing it away- actually made us both nauseous. Brush quality is meh. The bristles aren’t as thick as previous beard brushes that we’ve bought. If I would have to recommend I would only say the small size beard oils are worth it to try out different smells without a big bottle commitment
