A good product. First time using them so I wasn’t sure how much to add to the buttercream frosting I was making. At the time of making there wasn’t much flavour so I kept adding more but need not have because once the berries softened they released more flavour. Incase you are hoping they will colour buttercream blue just bear in mind they don’t. It came out a pale burgundy, very attractive all the same.

I use them to make a smoothie as wild blueberries do not grow in the UK and have high healing properties. They are very tasty, if not rather expensive.

Very tart and smell and taste fresh but cannot distinguish any flavour.

Even my kids are asking for them instead of asking for sweets. Perfectly whole and natural.

buongiorno, noi siamo un'azienda di ristorazione ed usiamo ingredienti anche particolari come questo per i nostri piatti. Il prodotto è ottimo, sia come aspetto, sapore e conservazione. Si adatta a moltissimo usi; sia con la frutta fresca ( attenti perchè colora) che con il gelato, per aiutare lo jogurth ed altre cose a volte non sempre gradite a tutti. Inoltre dietro nostra richiesta sul sito dell'azienda, ci sono arrivate le schede tecniche del prodotto. Ottimo servizio, sicurezza, da provare per tutti.

Arándanos liofilizados muy buenos. Perfectos como acompañamiento para el yogurt. El envase cierra perfectamente una vez abierto, por lo que aunque te duren unos días se conservan perfectamente.

Die Konsistenz ist wunderbar knusprig, zuckerfrei (schwer zu bekommen), ich verwende die Beeren in selbstgemacher Schokolade, dafür sind sie perfekt. Der Preis ist schon sehr hoch - allerdings sind 100 g eine Packung ca in DinA4 Größe, da die Beeren fast nichts wiegen, also doch eine ganze Menge drin...zudem sind es Wildbeeren, das finde ich wunderbar...!!
