How do we get into the bios?

Hello. Press and hold the "DEL" button immediately when you power it on.

What's the life span of the batteries if they are not replaceable?

Actually the batteries are replaceable but please do not worry, one battery can be used at least 5 years. And then you could buy a new battery if you want to

can we import this in india

Yes, sure, we can ship it to India

Has any one used both the win 2 and the micro pc? im curious which is best for thumb typing?

GPD Win 2 is awful for typing anything longer than a couple sentences. They keyboard is just in that right size where it’s too small to use 2 hands comfortably, but two big to use just one. Having said that you could easily hook up a keyboard (wired or wireless) if necessary. The other problem is there’s no backlit keyboard, so typing is doubly hard at night or in a dark room. Micro PC would likely be the same. The new GPD Win Max coming out in a while may be slightly better, as it’s slightly bigger and will have a backlit keyboard. It’ll still likely never be something you’d want to have to type on though.
