I bought this for my grandson. It is a ramp. It is not a heavy plastic. It does the trick but it is narrow. Its OK. I probably wouldn't buy again.

Mon fils de 7 ans apprécie sa rampe. Il peut l’utiliser avec son vélo et ses patins, mais pas avec la trottinette qui est trop longue et basse et qui coince sur la rampe. Globalement, la rampe est solide et suffisamment large.
