Neat Plus Steam Cleaner for Home - Essential Pack

I am extremely impressed with the Dupray Neat Plus Steam Cleaner! It has completely transformed the way I clean my home. The steam power is strong and consistent, and it makes tackling dirt, grease, and grime so much easier without using any chemicals. The 17-piece accessory kit is a huge bonus—there’s a tool for just about every surface. I’ve used it on floors, tile grout, bathroom fixtures, kitchen appliances, and even upholstery, and it performs beautifully every time. It heats up fairly quickly and holds enough water for longer cleaning sessions, which makes deep cleaning much more efficient. I also love how versatile and easy it is to maneuver around the house. The results are impressive—surfaces look noticeably cleaner and feel sanitized. It’s definitely a high-quality, durable machine that feels built to last. Overall, I would highly recommend the Dupray Neat Plus to anyone looking for a powerful, chemical-free cleaning solution. It’s worth the investment for the convenience and cleaning performance it delivers.

I love this steamer and would absolutely recommend it, especially for deep cleaning. It cleans so many things well: stove, sinks, bathrooms, window tracks, screens, shoes, oven interiors, pet items, car mats, and all kinds of other random things around the house. It is especially great on window screens, and it makes white soles on shoes look white again. That said, this is not something I casually pull out for a tiny daily task. It is a whole thing. I tend to do a “steamer day” every couple of weeks and drag it around the house from job to job. You will want a lot of cloths ready because the process is basically steam, wipe, repeat. A few favorite details: I love that you can fill it while it’s still hot, the integrated funnel is helpful, and the bonnet attachment is my favorite. I wish I had a bunch of those (If you can buy extra do so). The attachments are useful, although the little brush heads do get misshapen pretty quickly if you use them hard, so plan to replace those here and there. My only real complaint is the cord wrap on the bottom. I cannot understand that design choice. It makes no sense to me. I also bought the storage bag and I’m torn on it. It does hold everything, but it’s big and boxy, and once everything is packed away it feels like more of a chore to get it back out. Overall, this is an excellent deep cleaning tool. I haven’t had amazing results on upholstery, but for windows, screens, tracks, kitchens, bathrooms (showers!), pet stuff, tile grout, and general deep cleaning, it’s worth it. I just wish it were somehow built into my house with a retractable hose in every room. One thing to note - the handle where you hold your wand or attachment does get very hot after extended use. Part way into my steamer day I end up wrapping a rag around it or using an oven mit.

This is the one! It is especially PERFECT if you have little ones crawling and playing on the floor. Including carpet! If you have carpets and think that only vacuuming is doing the job, it’s not. I used to think that vacuuming daily was enough until I used this directly afterwards on my carpets and rugs. The difference was honestly shocking. What Vacuuming Misses (and This Doesn’t) Even with regular vacuuming, carpets hold onto embedded dirt, oils, odors, bacteria, and who knows what else, especially if you have kids, toddlers, or pets. This steam cleaner deodorizes, sanitizes, and refreshes the entire carpet. You can literally feel the difference under your feet after using it. After steaming, they smelled fresher and actually looked brighter. It’s like hitting reset on your floors. ***Important Tip (Don’t Skip This)*** If you didn’t already know.. Not all carpets and rugs are safe for steam cleaning. Always check Dupray’s guidelines and your carpet material first. Some delicate fibers or backings can be damaged by heat and moisture. Used correctly, though, this thing is incredible. Plus it is just great on all kinds of floors. What sets this apart is how easy and well it cleans everything. It is so versatile and will save you so much time, especially when cleaning bathrooms and kitchens. Great for fabric items like your couches and mattresses! This will save you a ton of money by sanitizing without a bunch of cleaning products and chemicals. No sprays, no residues, just high-temperature steam that sanitizes and deodorizes naturally. No More Constant Refilling and waiting. Unlike typical steam mops, the large tank lets you clean multiple rooms without stopping. No waiting around for reheating either. Additionally, it has a longer cord that neatly stores underneath it and the steam cleaner rolls right along with you on wheels. Built to Last. I’ve had mine for over a year and a half, it still works like new, and the attachments have held up great. Only Con It’s a little bulky to carry around, and I really wish it came with the new storage/carry bag, especially if you plan to use it outside your home. I help clean my grandparents church for them and it is a bit much haul around. It can be also be a little tricky to store. So the bag would be a great addition for me at some point. But despite the bag, it is still worth the extra effort. I can’t imagine not refreshing my rugs and carpets a few times a month now. Or sooner if there’s an accident or someone is in my house with their shoes on. Everything smells and feels so much cleaner!

Super easy to use, and the reservoir holds a good amount of water. Cleaning with steam is easy and it sanitizer the surfaces- floors, etc. I like not needing to use so many chemicals in my home.

This product exceeded my expectations. It took me 15 minutes to do my whole house rather than 45 and I didn’t have to refill the water once. It left my floors so clean, even getting stuck on messes off (that multiple passes with my Tineco couldn’t remove) in a matter of seconds. The grout in the bathroom looks so much better after trying so many other methods to clean it, and was easy and quick compared to scrubbing on my hands and knees with so many different chemicals. The photo is the result of a quick clean, so I’m sure if I spent a little more time I’d see even better results. It’s much more simple than having to fill a water tank, add solution and empty dirty water repeatedly. Also, not having to clean multiple parts like with the Tineco was a relief. My only complaint is there not being a way to hold the attachment and having to find somewhere to lean it or set it down while using or storing. Having to vacuum beforehand as well is a minor inconvenience from my Tineco, but with the difference in results it’s worth the extra step.

I love this machine....it makes me want to look for things to clean! It is perfect for my home and the possibilities of what it can clean are endless. It did an extremely impressive job on my kitchen grout and I was able to do the whole project standing up. Great machine, great price point! Highly recommend!

Oh steam cleaner, how do I love thee? Recently moved into a new rental and between deep cleaning the previous place on move out and cleaning the new place on move-in, this thing has definitely earned its keep. I love it so much I gave it as a Christmas present to my parents. Easy to use, easy to clean up, and it works so so well. Other than the window cleaner attachment. Yeah, not so much. But getting grime out of grout, cleaning a greasy stove. Cleaning up moldy spots on the shower, and deep cleaning toilets you will be shocked at what this thing is capable of. Even in your sinks, the flange between the sink bottom and the drain, nothing else gets in there the way this thing does. 5 stars all the way.

Definitely not worth the money. It’s a decent unit and all but has no special features that a cheaper one does. The steam output is very high pressure and it has no in between. It’s either full trigger with high pressure or nothing. The steam is not hot beyond 4 inches of the gun tip and doesn’t allow you to really clean close up without blowing debris everywhere. I honestly had better experience with my $30 handheld steamer from Walmart. This is not a bad unit but not worth the price whatsoever. I am not impressed and it doesn’t really match the hype in the description.

I've used this for a few months for about seven cleaning projects and it works great. Heats up very fast. The accessories are good. The only think I don't like and that is the cheap plastic feel of the steam cap on the boiler. This model does not need a steam cap on the boiler since when you pour water into it, that water goes into a sealed system so without or without the cap it works fine. The cap is just a spill-over preventative. But, when you are used to a heavier steam cap on steam boilers, the feel of this one is just off and I really don't like it, it is a very cheap plastic plug that does not screw in and I may 3D print a heavier one just for the tactile experience. The manufacturer should have really thought about the tactile feel of a real boiler cap when making this model. The cap experience really cheapens this otherwise good steamer. I am not sure of the longevity of the model given the internal components that keep it pressurized are likely going to be effected by hard-water deposits. The pressure is very good though and I use it in the house but also for engine bay and other detailing work. For detailing work, however, this one is made is less than ideal compared to the ones that look like "pressure washers" and I regret buying it for that reason, it's home is not in the garage despite the really good pressure. The cord storage also kind of sucks on this one as you have to turn it upside down just to store the cord. To me anyway, this model is one I don't want to use too often and find myself using a cheaper "pressure washer" style one that I was going to replace with this one. Overall, this one is far more form over function for my garage use. Finally, this one is uncleanable if you don't use distilled water, scale buildup is quick in the tiny steam chamber.

This is not a perfect product, however, it comes pretty close. ❤️ I find that the claims made by the company are true with couple of small exceptions. I have seen some reviews going over these "issues" so I would like to address it first. 1. The steamer is spraying water instead of steam. That seem to happen when the unit takes a bit longer to heat up. To remedy that I just give some extra time for the unit yo heat up. When the power button turns green to indicate the unit is ready, but you get some water, just let it heat up for a minute or two. Alternatively, let the water spray out and the steam will come. I find it to be a little inconvenient, however, not a huge deal. 2. Some reviewers complained about the cleaning power, however, I do not find this to be accurate. If you have heavily dirty or stained items, it may take going over the area multiple times to get it fully clean. For example, the dog bed got pretty dirty when I was recovering from surgery. Note that I have multiple dogs, so the bed was black in places instead of medium grey. I used the rectangular brush with the cloth cover to go over the bed for quite a while. If the bed dried and there was still staining, I did it again. After about 3 cleanings, the dog bed looked the same as the day I got it. I was absolutely impressed. Overall, it is a phenomenal product! It is not magic, however, its cleaning power is absolutely worth it. There is no need to scrub or press very hard, it takes patience and going over heavily soiled areas. My ultimate test was cleaning when one of my foster dogs had an accident on my light carpet. The steamer took the stain and any scent out. If there was any scent left the dogs would have been drown to it, which was not the case. Tip when cleaning the carpet: put some paper towels under the stain and you can clean the carpet right through. 😉 LOVE IT! I used the steamer to clean anything from walls, couches, bathroom, to stove. It is my go to cleaning tool now. To get some extra cleaning bust you may spray some cleaning product on the surface before steaming. Also, using the brush attachments works when the steam alone is not sufficient. I highly recommend this product, especially if you have pets as you can use the steam to sanitize items or enclosures.

I absolutely love this machine. Best purchase I’ve ever made. I use it everywhere! Bathrooms, floors, walls, mirrors, cars, radiators, curtains, stains, concrete, stoves, grills, counters … You name it, the Neat Plus can clean it. Customer service is really amazing, you actually get to talk to a real person! (In 2026? That’s unheard of!!) I would definitely recommend spending the extra to get the Neat +. The ‘no wait time’ for refilling is so convenient, especially when I’m in the cleaning groove. I would also recommend getting the awesome bag. While this thing is amazing, it is bulky and awkward to store, especially with ALL THOSE ATTACHMENTS. The hose length is perfect, I’m 5’7” and can reach from floor to ceiling even without the extensions. I love the fact that there’s two extensions, you can pick the perfect reach for each and every nook and cranny your blasting the dirt gremlins out of. And for those worried about the bulky size, I honestly don’t notice it while I’m cleaning. The little wheels on the bottom let this thing glide like a dream. It just pulls along as you go. I bring it with me to my friend’s houses just so I can clean there yuck and show off my favourite toy. ( Yes I know, I am a cleaning freak. But the Neat+ matches my freak so it’s okay). You will go through a lot of rags. Steam = water. So make sure you have lots on hand to ensure there’s not water damage to porous surfaces. Dupray sells cleaning cloths, which I loved in the beginning, but lost somehow. So I’ve just been using your old run of the mill rags and so far I have not damaged a single thing. Side note: The small nozzle attachments are to be considered as ‘consumables’. You will go through the small nozzle attachments. The machine comes with lots of them but the bristles do eventually wear down. And who am I kidding, nothing says ‘BE GONE DIRT DEMONS’ like a fresh nozzle head. Feels just as good, if not better, than clean sheet day. (Y’all know what I’m talking about). They advertise not having to use chemical cleaners. Which is true, this thing will in fact clean and disinfect your surfaces. I however have this weird thing in my brain where if chemical isn’t involved, it’s not ‘really clean’. I usually just use diluted cleaner and it works just as well as without. Be like me people. Buy it, love it and get to cleaning!!! Picture attached of a garage wall that has not been cleaned in 40+ years. And no, that is not a shadow. That brown line down the middle is a real life picture of how much smoke and exhaust I was able to get off the walls with my Neat+ with just one pass.

Used the mop and the metal bristle attachments which the metal one on grout worked fantastic. Just make sure you seal your grout afterwards I do find the small metal bristle attachments wear out fast when using - I did the grout on my kitchen floor and the wired bristle attachments was pretty beat up after I wish it came with a bag or something for all the accessories I haven't tried some of the other attachments Expensive but works well. I like that you can continuously pour water into the machine and it stays hot so you can tackle larger projects around the house

Perfect product for cleaning - very useful and durable with quality built up .
