I’d say overall I’m very happy with this purchase. There were a couple of hiccups, but we were able to troubleshoot them. First - it is true that standard hangers will not fit on this rack. I was also worried about just anchoring into drywall, as this was being installed in a rental and I know how rough people can be. To fix BOTH of these issues, we decided to first install a 1x4” board on the wall and anchor that into the studs. We then installed the rack onto that. This additional board allowed our hangers to fit perfectly. Second - there was a piece missing when we received our item. Instead of dealing with customer support, we decided to make our way to Home Depot and get a comparable pipe piece from the plumbing department. It was a couple bucks. Third - we knew before purchasing that this rack would not perfectly fit our small space, but we figured out that we could make our own shelves and make them smaller (using some leftover plywood, a paddle bit, table saw and sander) and that would fix our issue. So…we definitely modified a lot, but I was still happy to have the sturdy base for our open shelving system.

Follow-up to my original review: I love this set up!! I've actually come back to buy 2 more sets for my daughter's rooms. This company is so creative and has the best configurations for their products! Everything is just a little bit different than what you'll see from other brands, and with much more appealing designs. There is something to fit in every corner of your home! Also; The customer service that they provided me when I had questions was above and beyond! Rest assured if you buy anything from this brand you will not be let down what so ever, at any point! Love love love. You have an industrial aesthetic in your home and you like that loft field and this is the perfect setup for a small closet. I would imagine if you have a good deal of clothes you'll need a few of these to get the job done. That being said the quality on this kit is pretty good for the price. I did change out my shelves for some that I made with cherry wood to add a little more allure to the space but overall the items supplied are good. Insulation is incredibly easy with a few tools and the instructions that are provided. This industrial pipe clothing rack is excellent quality, well made, with a practical, yet stylish look. It's been very difficult moving from a house with a huge walk in closet, to a house with a small closet that and bedroom. When I saw this, I had to order it and I'm so glad I did. It's so much better than the PVC plastic clothes rack I bought that doesn't stay together. I love the fact that it has both wooden shelves and metal pipes for all your clothing needs. My husband was able to easily assemble and mount this without any issues. Overall, I'm happy with this product and feel like it's worth the money based on the quality.
