Easy to fit and it seems reliable enough
This replaced an existing UPVC conservatory door opening mechanism very easily. The section that connected to the door was identically sized but the part that connected to the frame was a bit larger than my old one however it fit absolutely fine and the screws worked perfectly and now I have a working door again. This product seems universal for conservatory doors

Easy replacement
A gust of wind broke the restrictor on my garden office door... I thought replacing would be beyond my skills - but with this nifty replacement, a YouTube video and a screwdriver everything was replaced and fixed within about 15 minutes. Seems to be sturdy, decent quality and easy to install - with customisable friction which might avoid the wind problem in the future!

Decent door stay
Replacement for the OEM fitted door stay. Great quality. Fits nicely, and easily adjusted with the screw on top. Can be a bit noisy if not oiled fairly regularly but I run it fairly tight to stop the door in the wind. Overall great value and does exactly what it needs to.

Good quality, easy to fit.
If you want something to save your hinges from being bent then this is the ideal thing to buy, very reasonably priced and it took no more than 5 min to fit.

Great 'door stay' and very easy to install.
Replaced the one that came with my back door as it stopped staying open. It took me 15 minutes to take the old one off and put this one on. The new one is not exactly the same as the old one as two of the screw holes were located in a slightly different place, but dead easy to screw the self tapping screws into the uPVC frame. Works great! My door now stays open at 90 degrees like it used to.

It did the job
The product doesn't come with any instructions. You have to rely on the pictures on Amazon. It is essential that you fit the mounting point 70mm from the hinge side of the door otherwise it doesn't work properly and you cannot lock the door once fitted If it is fitted correctly it does the job although a strong gust of wind is sufficient to defeat the locking pin and can cause the door to slam shut. It does however stop the door opening more than 90 degrees which is what I bought it for. I deducted a star due to the lack of instructions.i
