Cons: The Cap Design: My only minor gripe (the reason for the half-star deduction) is that the safety cap can be a bit finicky to squeeze and twist at times, especially if your hands are cold or you're feeling under the weather. ! Usage Limit !: As with all Oxymetazoline sprays, you have to be careful not to use it for more than three days in a row to avoid "rebound" congestion. As a lifelong sinus sufferer I have to say this Works surprisingly well. The tree pollen that had me stuffed up, I am happy to say I am now unstuffed. 😊

This is helpful for sinus blockage from allergies and colds. Just don't use every day long term.

This stuff works great! It takes a bit to get used to the menthol but after a few uses you will be very glad you did because it clears stuffy nose very quickly.
